With static manectric can paralyze luxray when it tries to use something like crunch - and lightningrod is god for double battles 3nodding All luxray has is rivalry or intimidate so nyahh blaugh yeah but manetric is still in atk not sp atk so the intimidate is no bueno

It doesn't matter which Poke'mon looks better. It's how you train it and the love and passion you give to your Poke'mon. Either could be suited in different battle styles. It all depends on the trainer.

well........cuase electrike and shinx evolve at the same level..........luxio and manectric are the same power........and so luxray would kick manectric's a** all the (*f-bombin*) way............

Honestly I think they are both horrible but if you ask me I would say that Manectric is the better of the two
