my youth minister always offer a shoulder to cry on when things are ruff and he'll talk with us if we ask. My cousins and I are really close to him, he makes us laugh, and we make him laugh.

currently, my church doesn't have a youth pastor because he was called somewhere else, and right now, our youth group is not growing very much spiritually. currently, we just basically go to church, listen to a sermon or something or other, and then we dont do much else. the lack of leadership and too much, in my opinion, fun without the actual spiritual leadership has scared many families away from coming to our church. ive been trying to help myself and others, but i dont think i can do it without help. please pray for my church and me.

I could say that I'm quite close to my youth pastor, but not too close.
I acutally go to 2 churches. My pastor at church #1 I'm quite close to, while the new church I've been going to lately...well I've been there for a while, but we still aren't that close.

Emery-kos My youth pastor is pretty much close to everyone. He's just like that. Very easy to get along with. He's a great and funny guy and I'm very fortunate to have him as my youth leader. my youth pastor is the same way. we are close in a Godly way.

myescapeandahalf i'm close with my youth pastor, and most of them are great people, but if your a girl and your male youth pastor is getting a little to friends, kick him in the nuts before you get raped, just a word of caution LOL. AMEN.

ambush and return Anna Moonstone My church dosnt do youth, there is only like 40 people and no one has the time my youth group only has 15. you should get one! they are awesome! Mine has 24. The youth leader is a really cool guy. The only problem is that the attending youth is not too passionate for God, and it's something I pray a lot about. I try to mark the path for them and to serve as an example in the meanwhile.
