Look I like the KH series, but I always from the get go saw it for what it was, a cross over fanfic about a bunch of OCs that hang with Disney and FF characters with Nomura as the author. It really is that simple. A lot of the characters have "suish" traits like how Organization XIII outperform the Disney villains or how Sora got nonsensically stronger in KH2 by literally pulling abilities with triangle out of nowhere, how Kairi among a group of Disney princesses is the OC that is also just as special as them in terms of having a pure heart, etc. Putting it simply KH was always a series filled with sues, it's just that in this particular case, Xion is the biggest one of them all. A jealous AkuxRoku fan wrote I totally agree. This game was going to be my favorite out of all of the Kingdom Hearts games because I had wanted to see what the Organization was like behind the scenes. However, it seems as though this thrown in character, who, mind you, is not even MENTIONED in Kingdom Hearts 2, is going to be hogging the spot light. It seems as the Square was trying to give the Organization more of a spotlight, but in turn made me lose some respect for Square. If you think of it, this "14th" member is even contradictory to the very name of the group Organization 13. I'm not saying "Xion" isn't going to be an epic character like Namine`, I'm more so saying that she doesn't even pertain to any of the games other than this one, and I was really hoping for it to be more centered around epic Roxas and Axel friendship time. To the fact that some of you might say, "Of course you hate her, you like AkuRoku!" I knew that this game was not going to be about Axel x Roxas, it was going to be about their friendship, which even I can settle for. Now it just seems like a bad Fanfiction. I recently saw the new trailer, and Roxas even HOLDS her hand! It seems to me an obsessed fangirl took over the writing for this game. It disappoints me that the one game I thought I'd love the most, is already failing in my eyes. This is also coming from someone who doesn't mind Kairi and absolutely loves and treasures Larxene and Namine`.

Ummm, I think everyone needs to calm the hell down and judge the game after they've actually PLAYED IT, you know? Rant and rave when you have more than a few brief blips to go off of.
Perhaps Xion is not mentioned in KH2 because Nomura didn't want his fans to feel like they HAD to play 358/2 to understand KH2, the same way he did with CoM.
I mean, come on. Nomura has yet to give us reason to doubt his storytelling abilities. I mean, they're really cutting this to the quick. Maybe there's a humongous twist in there somewhere that will make everyone go "WHAT?!?!?!?!?!??!", totally blow everyone's mind, and make them rethink the entire KH series in a new light.
That's what finding out that Ansem wasn't really Ansem did for me. xd

I don't think anyone's making early judgments or not being calm (except for the people who are not here yet are being quoted). Sounds more like speculation and pondering.

lol yeah with all the hearsay, people are starting to get rowdy. Welp, It just goes to show you what shipping is like as a collective community. Its pretty fierce, i've been a Zutara for about a year and The Kataangers just wont accept an opposing Ship, this probably dosnt apply to most Kataangers but a large margine of them are, well, lets face it 'gits.' It's the majority of them have noting better than too slate the ship and put up Anti-Zutara things all on youtube, which i gotta say is pretty sad and degrades their ship even further.
I think its in human nature to argue, its not unusual to see people mad at somthing before they get to experience it for themselves (take my rant for example) i guesss all we can do is watch them let off steam. The anti-kataang stuff ive seen has all been retaliation from what ive covered, and to me Zutara has prolly been the best ship ive ever shipped, its like being in a large peace tent, everyones so friendly, their all such amazing creative people, even working togeter to make Zutara week, Zutara day, Zutara-remake finale! err.. im off topic? Okay! well, umm, sugar, ive even forgotten my point XD

I think you lost the point as soon as you brought Avatar in to explain a KH fandom situation XD Both fandoms are too popular and too complicated.
