yea i honestly have to say clinton portis for some reason as i seen the redskins play even though they have lost i get a weird feeling that they will make the super bowl. Too soon to say so but this is just a feeling. The redskins have a solid Running game which is always a plus if your passing game dies out. I also think that Brandon Jacobs is a player who is laying low but as the weeks go by he does great sometimes he doesnt but most of the time he does. I mean the guy delivers some powerful shots to pretty much anyone in the NFL To OWN brandon jacobs you would have to have maybe one of the strongest line backers out there like ray lewis or brian urlacher. To me that just shows this guy has a lot of potential people overlook. Only prob with him is that his agility is not up to match other running backs but id say for sure there is no stronger back than him in the league.

The problem with the Titans is that they're functioning well as a team. There's no real one person that should be MVP of the whole league. They just work well as a unit. No real superstar. You know what they say, the sum of the parts or something. The only person who could be considered an MVP on that team is Albert Haynesworth. The defense starts with him. But, you know how it is with defensive players. Last person to win MVP on defense was Lawrence Taylor way back when. Before that... Alan Page waaaaaaaay back.

So, the likelihood of Haynesworth winning MVP? Slim. Of course, you also have to consider the rest of the season.

Ditto, I mean, Chris johnson had 18 carries for 168 yds and 1 TD and Lendale White had 17 carries for 149 yds and 3 TD's

Jacobs is great, and one of my favorite players, but he hasn't carried the Giants through this season, like Clinton Portis has for the Redskins. Portis gets over 20 touches per game, and is a yardage machine. He's the sole reason to why the Redskins are in the position they're in. Also, if you actually watch Brandon Jacobs, he is pretty agile. He hits the hole quick, and often bounces to the outside. I can't wait to see him against a good Steelers defense this week.

prob he doesnt carry it because as you have seen this fire wind earth trio they have the giants have 3 solid backs now which i think is great. its crazy because i remember a few years back betts was carrying the redskins when portis was out. whats up with him?

Well Betts is a solid running back and is a very good option at backup for the Redskins. Yet, he doesn't play at the high level of Portis. Clinton Portis is one of the best all-around running backs in the game. Anyways, Betts is injured right now, which is why Washington signed Shaun Alexander for the time being.

Ok lets get this straight, you all konw im a falcons fan. But who said Micael Turner wasnt consistant and who said tampa bay had good defence. Turner in my eyes is won of the overall best players in the nfl right now. Don't forget about Roddy White. He has done outstanding lately. Also the Falcons D has been so much better than the rated 32nd. Bottom line is that either Michael Turner,Roddy White,Kurt Warner,Drew Brees, or even Santana Moss.

Turner? Consistent? Yes, he's got talent, but he hasn't grinded out good games against tough opponents.

He's up there in yards, because he torched bad rush defenses, like Detroit, Kansas City, Green Bay, Oakland, and New Orleans. Those teams are all among the worst at defending against the run. Turner failed to make an impact against teams like Tampa, Carolina, Chicago, and Philly; among the best rush defenses.

I think that the Falcons are a playoff team, but Atlanta needs to count on Turner to be more consistent if they want to compete against higher level teams. I'd rather have a RB that can run for 100 yards against Philly or Chicago, then a RB that can run for 220 yards against Detroit.

So far, I've changed my mind quite a few times. But right now, it's got to be Kurt Warner.

yea hes turned the cardnals around, now theres no scape-goat for matt leinart so hopefully when kurt retires they wont waste too much time with leinart and get a real QB, i would love for colt McCoy to go there due to all the weapons

I don't know when Warner will retire. Maybe even after this season's over. But I don't think the Cardinals are in that bad of a situation to draft another QB. Leinart isn't as bad as people think. Warner is just better.

Drew Brees (fantasy team cool )
Adrian Peterson
Clinton Portis
Ronnie Brown
Andre Johnson

Thats my top 5. Personally though, I think Peterson is going to get. And I hope so to, cause I'm a Vikings fan (and Steelers!). But then, I wouldn't be to upset if it were Brees. He's my top fantasy player.
