Agreed. Most people I try to talk to are like "I'm in high school!" and I'm like "I'm getting ready for my 10 year reunion next summer..."

It's funny for me, back when I started at the end of high school, all of my friends were on Gaia (and by all I mean 2) and we started a thread and met people who now I would consider a friend.
Essentially, I grew up on Gaia, and so my home thread was my spring board of making fun of n00bies and young idiots who swarmed to the site after the creators started branching out and advertising. I was always lucky to have people my age that I talked to, and oddly enough, I met a lot of older people on this site when I started. But at the time, 03-04, the Love/personals were there, there were a lot, A LOT, of BDSM and slave threads (I personally being part of that when I first started), so I'm not surprised when I think about it that there were a lot of older people at the beginning.

I think I started Gaia in '04, but I am not sure... the age... the age...^^
I am 23 now, married and I always met 12-year-old ones in the jigsaw chat... on of them wanted to know about oral sex (and was really nasty when I refused to tell him...). Since then I am big friend of PW-rooms.

I'm 29 ... I've been on Gaia for about 3 years now. I saw other over 21 groups but none that were actually active.

I'm 27 myself. I know it does seem everyone is 18 or less, but if we band together, there are a lot of us elder Gaians too! biggrin

I'm only 21 (joined Gaia in high school about five years ago) but everyone else seems so shocked to learn that. They are all in middle/high school, average age is about 14. I'm glad I found this place, though, 'cause I got sick and tired of all the crappy drama people were throwing around! And happy (late) b-day, Josett!

hey i'm 25, i always ask in the jigsaw rooms who is the oldest and 8 times out of 10 its me, i hate being the oldest in a room full of tiny people, (damn beardlings), lol i like warhammer u can tell by that phrase

ROFL...everyone i've ever met is 13-14 on this site. i'm 27, 28 in march. and, yes, i LOVE this site. when i was 13, we didn't have this cool stuff online!!! biggrin

Wow! I actually feel kind of young now!!! Yay!! I am 24. I turn 25 In December. I usually end up talking to 12-15 year olds. It's nice to actually chat with people older than 18!
