Khami was delighted she liked them. Washing a handful for himself he popped them all in his mouth at once and chomped down on them. With a large gulp he had them gone. The temptation to eat more was strong. "Would you like some more?" He looked up as a small squirrel chittered in the tree.

Juillet ate the last one and gracefully licked the faint purple stain from her paw while Khami washed and ate his berries. "Mmm... no thank you. I wouldn't want to eat them all." She giggled. "You must have gathered them for a reason, right?" She licked her paw again. The stain had faded, but was still there. "Did you pick them for a reason?" She asked, cocking her head.

Khami chuckled. "Yes actually I did...well I can get more if need be." He admitted. "I'm hoping my guardian will bake me a pie!" He said with excitement. Khami was starting to get use to his new found company. She seemed alright so far. Time will tell.

She tilted her head to the side a little as she listened to him. "Pie?" She felt foolish. Had she had that before? Juillet had tasted cake, bread, and crackers- all stolen from her human, and loved them, but what was pie? "Is pie good?" She started to think that maybe she should ask her human to let her have pie, and all sorts of other foods so she wouldn't seem dim or uncultured. She wanted to be a very well rounded wini, but not a round wini. PRide kept her from asking if she might be able to join him for pie.

Khami's jaw almost dropped. "What? You never had pie my dear?" he was a bit stunned. He thought everyone tried pie. "Pie is a pastry bowl filled with a fruit filling and it has another layer of pastry on top.It's baked and it's 'melt in your mouth' crust is SooOOOo good!" His mouth watered thinking of the last pie Pan had made him. "Well then that's that! If Pan won't make us a pie I will make you one!." He probably shouldn't have said that cause he never had the sweetest clue on how to start.
((I so want pie now...xD))

( xd Funny, cause I don't care for pie irl rofl sweatdrop But I make really good ones apparently.)
Juillet's eyes brightened. "You will?" She gently nuzzled his neck a moment then looked at him. "I'd love to try a pie. Do you know how to make one?" She was smiling brightly, thinking about what a pie would taste like. And the berries she just tasted! "So this pie thing would have those blue berries in it?" The thought was tantalizing, enticing her.

Khamis eyes widened when she nuzzled him. That's never happened before. No girl has EVER showed interest in him. He blushed. "Ummmmm of course!" He didn't really know what to say when she asked him if he knew how. "Well...ummm....sort of.....it can't be that hard!" He looked at her with full confidence. He was a quick learner and had a great memory but Pan had never told him how a pie was made. He would have to see if he could take a quick look though one of her baking books. Yes that's what he would do. "Yep this pie will have blueberries in it." he nodded

Well this was exciting! "I can't wait." She said, fidgeting a little. She smirked at him. "Would your human mind if I came over for pie? I don't want to be a burden to her or anything. I know my human would want me to ask her to bring someone over first. Though I don't think I'd ever do that anyways. She isn't my master." Juillet stopped. "I didn't mean to prattle on like that."

Khami laughed so much he had trouble stopping. "I'm so excited you're so excited!" he laughed some more. "No Pan wouldn't mind...not even sure if she will be home but she wouldn't though." he hoped she wouldn't...she probably wouldn't mind. She would probably be teasing me... bringing a girl home that would be another first for him. "Soooo...you ready to get going? It's not far just 10mins down this path to the west." He glanced in the direction then back at Julliet. Boy was she pretty he felt his cheeks warm.

Juillet glanced back where she had left Lural. She'd be alright. She has Jun and Augustus. "Yeah, I'm ready." She looked down the way Khami was. "What's Pan like? Are there others that live with you?" She was brimming with questions, but didn't want to be obnoxious with them. But she couldn't help her curiosity. "What do you do for fun?"

Khami chuckled at her. "Pan? She's nice for the most part.. she can be cranky at times too though." But ain't all girls he thought. "There are a few that live with me or drop by." He looked back at her and smiled. "Lets see there's Ruyaa, she's at the apartment most. Radek drops by off and on and then there's Nori. She goes as she pleases don't see a whole lot of her....she's mostly being up to no good. Then there's me, Pan and her boyfriend. Oh and the pet mouse....kinda wish Nori would drown it....it bites. He cringed. "Not a nice pet.." he laughed and looked up at the blowing leaves deep in thought. "Now what else did ya as me? Sorry don't have that great of a memory." he felt a bit ashamed for not remembering.

"You have quite a circus going at your house then it seems." Juillet chuckled. "A mouse, hm? Can't you eat it?" The concept of a "Pet" Was something Juillet didn't fully grasp. Her human didn't have anything other then the other winis, and her cacti. As they walked, Juillet asked again. "I had wondered what you do for fun. What is there to do?"

"Circus indeed!" Khami wondered how he managed to put up with it. He smirked.
"Ewww I'm turned from food like that...Pan has me spoiled on human foods. Now Nori on the other hand refuses to be 'humanized' ...it doesn't bother me though...there are so many tasty foods...many I have yet tried." He glanced at her out of the corner of his eye as they walk up the quiet path.
"Oh right! What do we do for fun?" He had to think of what she might consider 'fun.' well he did meet up with her outside...maybe she's an outdoors type.Khami glanced at the flowers she wore.
"Well..." he gathered his thoughts. "I like out door activities...nothing beats being out here on a crisp day like this." his tail swayed back and forth. "I recently found a beautiful deposit of brachiopods along the beach..."he looked at her to see if she knew what he was talking about. "I could take you to see them later if you like?"

She smiled as she listened to him. He sure was a silly male. "Some human foods aren't too good though. Like some of the strange green things my human eats." She made a face at him. "Personally, I won't eat anything that can still look at me, so of course eating mice are out for me unless they've been prepared." She nodded. "But I have another couple questions now. What are Brachiopods? It sounds like we'd get dirty." She smiled faintly. "But I would still like to go. I mean, if you still want to show me sometime."
Her mind wandered a little bit, thinking about a circus. Maybe they could go to one some time...

"Oh you mean peas? Yeah they are pretty bland by themselves but Pan makes yummy stuff to put them in and you can hardly taste um!" Khami trotted a bit slower to walk more to her side.
"Brachiopods are shelled aquatic critters. " He explained. "I found a huge rock full of their fossils." He wondered if she was bored with him yet. "I do have a couple small samples of them back at Pan's place...but we should go see the full size sample at the beach sometime...if you want that is..most dirt you may get on ya is walking in the sand" He said shyly.
The wind blew hard for a second and the sun took cover behind a large, fluffy dark cloud.
