Additional: Phae is a sea-creature loosely based on jellyfish. His "hair" actually has stingers on the ends of it, though they aren't necessarily visible. His ears are fin-like and he has webbed hands and feet. Also, gills along his neck/ribcage. The markings on his face in the ref continue in much the same style down along the rest of his body.
