Nirvana beamed. A friend! He had a new friend! "If only everyone I met was as friendly as you. I could have so many friends by now if it was only this easy all the time." He heaved an exaggerated sigh and hung his head for a moment in dramatic sorrow. "It is sad that such things are not meant to be...." He pulled his head up with another smile. "Most of the time, at least. This time I am quite happy to say that it is this easy to make a new friend."
He tilted his head to one side, watching her in sudden inquisitiveness. "I feel like I ought to get to know you a bit better if we are to be friends. What sort of things do you enjoy? I personally enjoy getting to know all sorts of people, friends or not."

Adsila laughed, it amused her that Nirvana reaction was exactly what she had in mind. "Exactly what i was thinking. I don't have friends except the soquilis who leave with me so they are much family, like you're my first friend i guess."
She almost wanted to start jumping arround but she didn't want to look like a fool.
"Well i enjoy quiet place and wood. But it's the first time i go outside during night, i am not really courageous like you can see and you ?"

Nirvana nodded his head as she spoke, again exaggerating his reaction to one of intent regard. A nice young mare like this doesn't have any other friends? That truly is a pity. I can't imagine what the rest of the soquili around here are thinking. It was unfortunate how hard it could be at times to connect personally with another. Nirvana himself loved to talk, that was no secret, but talking and a connection were two different matters entirely.
"Quiet places and the woods are good things to enjoy." He nodded his head once more to that. "I enjoy those as well. Probably, though, I'd have to say that my favorite thing to do is meeting new people." He laughed as another thought came to him. "And snow, of course. My mother loves all things cold and I suppose it passed along to me." He held up one hoof and gave it a small shake in demonstration of the long tufts of fur that hung from it. "I'm always pretty warm in the cold."

The young mare giggled. "I like meeting people too, but actually i am not often outside the teepee, or in quiet place so there is no one. I like snow too, it's so pretty when everything is white, but unlike you I am pretty freezing in the cold." She laughed loooking at his tufts. "You are lucky, i don't know my parents, so i can't say if i have the same taste as them or not. But i am not sad i have a really good family in the teepee."

"Families are those linked by hearts, not by blood." Nirvana spoke these words as if they were a recitation and nodded along with them. He had heard his parents say similar things as he was growing up. He was their natural child, yes... but it was important to remember that it wasn't necessarily that fact that mattered.
"Some soquili don't have any sort of family." His smile grew a little sadder at the thought. "Can you imagine how painful that might be? I... I can not, I must admit. I can not imagine a world without those I hold dear."

She nodded, this stallion had a really good way of thinking. She already knew it, because she heard it from her friends too and her two-legged.
"I agree with that, heart is much important than blood because your blood can't really be hurt or feel anything, but it's not the case of the heart." she smiled but wondered if she said something strange. "I can't imagine being alone, it would be really sad."
