Although I don't know the exact scripture where it says this... In the Old Testament, if a pregnant woman was hurt and the baby died, the person responsible was punished the same as if the baby had already been born. This kinda gives God's view on the matter.

The Bible also states that God "knit us together in the mother's womb."

God told Jeremiah:
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
-Jer. 1:5

These are only the verses I could find in my haste to reply. I haven't done a ton of Biblical research on the topic, so there's probably more than this. But as we can see here, the Bible makes it pretty clear that God knows us before we're born. This makes us people for whom God has plans, meaning that when we take a life from the womb, it's still taking a life. At least, that's my interpretation.
