Aiane smiled and flicked her ears dorward. "Really! I'm so happy!" She smiled some more. "I love making friends!"

He couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm, as he noded. Friends are nice. If you don't mind me asking, who are your parents. I used to be around a lot. I was wondering if I'd met them.

Aiane looked at him and smiled. "I don't really remember. I haven't seen them in a long time." She flicked her ears some. "And my parents used to live in forest area. Have you been there?"

I've been to a few of the forests around here, so I may have met them at one point.

Aiane smiled. "I wander if I could someday meet them. thought I dout my mother wouldn't leave me if something hadn't happened to her." She looked at him and smilied. "So you have met many people, right?"

Yes, I've known a lot. I don't know that many of them remember me anymore. But yes, I used to know a lot. I hope that you will be able to find them, and speak with them.

Aiane looked at him in the eyes and smiled. "Even if I did talk with them I wouldn't know, I have no remembrance of their looks."She flicked her ears and smiled. "I wouldn't feel bad about never seeing them again as long as I can get lots of friends!"

I don't actually know my parents either. I never did. So, I can understand what you mean, though as I said, I don't have many friends, and never have. he gave her a genuine smile. This filly was easy to get along with, and she made you want to just open up. I can forsee you haveing a lot of friends Aiane.

Aiane blinked at his comment. She smiled and started to giggle. "What a funny thing to say, thank you." This smile was the type that when she smiled her eyes almost closed. "I'm glad you my friend."

He couldn't help but smile back. her grin was just infectious. Me too. I'm glad to be your friend as well. Hidalgo placed his head forward to stretch for a moment, and nibbled some of the grass beside him. So, where are you planning to travel to now? Or are you going to stay around the plains for a while?

Aiane looked at him and thought for a second. "I'm not really sure but I'll travel where ever my heart leads me. I want to find more friends like you." She smiled again flicking her ears some. "I may stay here for the time being though, I don't really like to travel much."

He gave her his full attention. Why not? Why don't you like to travel? I know there are some hardships, but there are so many new things to see and do. I love traveling about.

She smiled at him again, with one of those eye closing smiles. "Because even though traveling means meeting new people, it also means leaving those that you have met." She smiled at him again. "It makes me feel lonely."

At some point, you might want to ask some of them to travel with you. That way, you won't leave them behind, and you won't have to be lonely. He had wished that he himself could have had someone to travel with; a companion with him to make his lonely journeys less lonely, but he had learned to be alone. It didn't mean that everyone else could adapt like he could.
