Do you guys have any tips on how to keep the lines or make the lines more steady, like my outline for the face.
It's kinda wavy a bit.
I do not know how to make it so that it can atleast appear more steady if you know what I mean.

Well, here are some tips that have helped me a lot: (doesn't apply to tablet work)
-Try not taking the pencil off the paper.
-Draw the lines fast. Oddly, the lines would appear smooth this way.
-Get some ball-point pens and draw in a cheap sketch-book. After some practice, it would seem the lines just go.
-Draw larger. Then after you scan it, you can just scale it down to size on the computer. The shaky lines would then look smooth.
-When drawing a line, don't stare at the pencil tip, but look at where the pencil tip is going to go. Like Point A to Point B; keep your eyes on Point B.
-Draw using your arm, or better yet, from your shoulder.
