What is bug catching? Where is it? Also, if I wasn't invited to the gaia town thing, can I still visit? If so, how?

Go to the main map of Barton Town and click on the train station (over on the right in the middle.) When I tried last week, I couldn't navigate to anywhere, and I haven't tried again yet. So I haven't looked into bug catching yet either.

everyone can visit gaia towns now, buy a net from old man logan's store in the port of Gambino, i think.
i'm going to go buy a net in a minute, then go visit jelly's house and see if her 10 year old stalker is lurking in there again confused

HotFudgeSundae everyone can visit gaia towns now, buy a net from old man logan's store in the port of Gambino, i think. i'm going to go buy a net in a minute, then go visit jelly's house and see if her 10 year old stalker is lurking in there again confused actually old man logans shop is at bass'ken lake....the net is cheap..only 100g and catching the bugs are fun..i like going and catching the butterflies and fire flies xd

How do I even CATCH a bug? I just tried towns again, and was able to navigate, finally, and saw plenty of bugs I could click on, but it didn't do anything, other than have me walk after it. I have a bug net in my inventory, but do I need to be holding it in my avatar picture, or no?

I have a bug net in my inventory, but do I need to be holding it in my avatar picture, or no? ok fawn...when you get to a new square/neighborhood...at the bottom right hand of the screen..you will see a circle with the shadow in it...if you will notice there are 2 tabs there...the blue one and the orange one...you have to click on the orange one in order to catch bugs....once you get the 10 bugs go to bogie who will be by the fountain to drop them off...that will put them in your inventory....now.....everytime you navigate to a different area you will have to click that orange tab to catch bugs....i hope i explained that well sweatdrop

i tried catching other people, thought it would be pretty funny if you could wop them on the head with your net, but you can't ninja

jellysundae rofl i tried catching other people, thought it would be pretty funny if you could wop them on the head with your net, but you can't ninja LOL, have you played Animal Crossing? You can whack the other village animals with your net, which often makes them mad and then they yell at you.

roocee I can't drop off my 10 bugs I caught. How do I do that? I think you go to a center fountain in any neighborhood and click on the trashcan guy, and it sells you SAVE or something, and he tells you what all you caught and that it's in your inventory. Somebody said the trashcan guy at the train station doesn't do it, but any of the other ones does. I haven't been able to try again since that first time, so I'm not sure myself.
