Sarabi took Tawns hand, and gave him a grateful look. She knew he felt a little uncomfortable. "Thanks Lenta, I sure hope they will be. You'll probably have to steal them away once in awile. Twins." She said shaking her head. "A hand full, im sure." She said. Then she felt something up her shoulder. She perked up in surprise, then smiled at the little SM. She was about to say something when she felt a tap on her shoulder. She looked at Tawn, confuzed. "It was me, silly." She turned around to see her mother smiling happily. She looked around, then took Sarabi's arm and ushered her into a corner, wispering something in her ear. "Really?! Oh, goodie! No, ill do it later." Sarabi wispered back. Then, as if nothing had happened, Sarabi headed back to the group with Doomi at her side.

Mauli blinked over at Sarabi and Doomi as they conferred, then shrugged, ushering Sarabi over to Fen's armchair. She had made the Jivvin clean it off before anyone arrived, and then had sent him away so he wouldn't have to see his chair 'defiled' by anyone else's rear. "C'mon, come sit down! Me an' mum'll get you something to eat if you're hungry, and when more people arrive, we'll get started!"

Rai rushed up to the door from her car, a poorly wrapped pink giftbox in hand. She wheezed as she knocked on the door. She was usually late. A little messy up there, y'know? Next to her was Odd, and on his back was little Ayumi, her head darting this way and that as she looked around. Fascinated with everything, that little girl! Without waiting for Lenta to answer, Rai opened the door, which was surprisingly unlocked. "LEEEEEN!" she called through the house. "I LOVE YOUR DECORATIOOOOONS!" she called again.
Odd noticed the guestbook and walked towards it, picking up a pen and signing it. Ayumi jumped up and down, trying to see over the table. With a grin he picked up his little sister while she scribbled her name. Odd chuckled and set her down, where then she scampered to her mum's side, shivering with excitement as she looked around. Odd smiled. Adorable. Rai, however, was standing awkwardly with the door behind her, holding her little pink giftbox. Yayz0rz.

Sarabi sank down into the armchair happily. It wasnt easy carrying about 40 extra pounds around. She perked up at the sounds of food, but she tried not to seem too excited. "Food would be nice."

Lenta peered out of the living room, grinning widely as Rai and her rag-tag group of SMs entered the House. She waved them all over, bouncing towards Rai and wrapping her up in a giant smothering bear-hug.
"You made it!!!"
Kailee stuck her head out of the kitchen doorway, waving half-heartedly to her uncle and aunt before returning to her cooking. All of this party excitement had her jittery.

Rai laughed and oofed when her friend practically squeezed the life out of her. "Hello to you too," she said, grinning when she was set down. "I'd move hell or high water to be here, never fear," the pirate-ish lady person said with a wink. "I brought a preseeeeeeeeent," she said, beaming and holding up the giftbox. "I made it myself..." she murmured, scuffing a foot.
Odd spotted Kailee and grinned, waving. He walked past Rai towards the kitchen, Ayumi trotting ahead of him. She broke into a run and skidded into the kitchen, bumping into Kailee's leg and looking up at her with giant eyes behind the skull. Odd laughed. "Sorry, she's a bit hyper," he apologized. "Hey, Ayumi, meet your...niece..." he said with a laugh.

"Great!! C'mon, let's put it up, and we can hang out with Sarabi and Tawn and the others~" She grinned, jamming her hands into her pockets and looking pleased. Three guests, several more to go. The turnout was looking good.
"Another distantly-related family member that i've never met?!" Kailee exclaimed in a mockingly outraged voice, then laughed, scooping Ayumi up off the ground and planting a kiss on her skull. "Aren't you a sweet little thing! She's quite a looker, Uncle Odd. But I didn't know you went for younger women!" She winked, giggling.

A black car pulled up to the house, finding somewhere ot park along side the small collection of other guest's vehicles. "Jek, thanks for the ride here." Zeejay murmured to her best friend sitting beside her.
Henry Jekyll was more frazzled than usual, and his dark blue hair was lightening up in some places. Geting out of the car, he crossed to the pasenger side and opened the door for Zee, extending a hand to assist her. "Oh, I couldn't let you walk here.. Not with that horrible limp of yours." he muttered, face flushing with her thanks. "Plus, I needed to get away from the lab a bit... I haven't seen the light of day for ages." His yellow eyes twitched and he blinked a few times.
Zee got out of the car with the help of Jek's calloused hand, grabbing her cane, with a sword inside of course, to help her walk. "Psh. I could walk here easily! s'just Roxy would prolly get mad at me.. not to mention Riva, she is like a mother hen!"
The two friends chuckled as they walked, or hobbled, to the door. Jek rapped on it and Zee called out, "Yoohoo? Anyone in there kind enough to let us in?" She tucked a stray strand of black hair behind her ear, and knocked also.

"Whoops, one sec." Lenta said, an apologizing look in her eyes. She patted Rai on the shoulder, then walked over to answer the door, grinning widely as she recognized Zee and Jek. She had invited both Roxy and Zee, and was surprised that Roxy wasn't with Zee... and that Jek was. If she didn't know Zee and Jek were friends and only friends, it would have made her jealous.
"Hey, you two! Long time no see!" A light blush dusted her cheeks, and she let the door swing wide open, ushering them inside. "C'mon in, we're almost ready to get started!"

Zee limped inside and grinned at Lenta, "Allo! I hope you don't mind that I brought Jek along."
"Or, rather, I brought her. I didn't think she should walk, so I offered ot drive.. I'll only be in for a bit." Jekyll murmured, eyes flickering around to everyone he didn't recognize. He saw Rai and smiled, he'd thought she'd be here. His heart fluttered when he looked back at Lenta... there was something odd about her, he frowned slightly.
Zee, noticing the pause, quickly tried to distract the conversation. "so, er, how many people to you expect to arrive?" She asked, grabbing Jek's arm and tugging him a bit.
Too late, he already had noticed Lenta's wahle of a stommach, though he chose not to mention it. instead the odd scientist, muttered something under his breath and closed his eyes, apparently a certain someone was giving him a bad time. "You okay?" Zeejay whispered, "I thought he promised to stay quiet?"
"something caught his attention." Jek managed.

Lenta nodded, laughing. "I don't mind a lick. The more the merrier, right? And I openly invited a bunch of people from the SMO Center, but we're gonna open gifts when a few more people show up." Deep down, she was quite glad to see Jek. However, something was nagging her...
Something that had just kicked hard against the inside of her stomach as Jek dealed with ********." She thought to herself, brow furrowing. She had forgotten all about the twins. This wasn't good. How was she gonna explain? Deciding to just keep quiet, Lenta ushered the two inside, tugging her suit over the bulge of her stomach as best as she could.

Zee noticed the small tension, but tried to ignore it. "I'm not sure when Roxy's gonna come, she might bring Fell along with her. I'd have brought him, but, eh.. Jekky here doesn't like fur in his car." she said cheerily. Zeejay cheerful? This was indeed a peculiar time.
Jek took a deep breath and opened his eyes, "Right, I'm, er, fine now. He was just, ah... Being rowdy. All is well." He took off his tophat and ran a hand through his slightly graying hair. "and as for the fur... It's just, I'm slightly allergic. And when you lived with me, Zee, Monev made me sneeze quiet often.. speaking of him.."
Zee's claret red eye twitched. "Monev is gone. I'm glad of it, let's not damper the happy mood talking about filth like him, alright?" She said as casually as she could.
Jekyll nodded, apologizing quietly.

Lenta tilted her head - she had heard about what happened to Monev, but Fen wasn't too keen on giving intricate details. He was still trying to clean the blood off his fur. She shut the door behind her two friends, forcing a pleasant smile onto her face.
"I hope she gets here soon... Then us oldbie friends would all be in the same room again, eh? It's been forever since we've all sat down and talked!"

Jekyll nodded, "it's been forever since I've been out of the house." He admitted sheepishly. "I've been absorbed in my studies.. I left Ekarei to watch the lab, he's grown so much... Ah! I forgot to say the break-through we've accomplished for the SeaMonkeys!" He announced, brightening up immediately.
Zee groaned and covered her hands with her face. "He never shuts up about his 'breakthrough.' "
Jek ignored her, "We've discovered a way to transfer them into a roughly humanoid form... So far, Ekarei has almost accomplished this!"

"Awesome!!" Lenta exclaimed, looking excited. "I bet he's a much bigger help with thumbs, eh?" She laughed, beaming. Maybe she could figure out how to change Cap'n Strapper, as well! She hadn't seen her Sea Monkey for quite some time... Mauli was always taking her out sailing, and this time she had left the pirate critter with her crew to take over while she was here at the party.
"What do you have left to change? If it's just something small like a tail or ears, you could always leave them on... It's sort of like the SMs changing to their fourther forms, it's characteristic of their original shapes." She grinned, shoving her hands into her pockets. "'Sides... Tails and ears are smexy."
