America can best be described as a socialist-capitalist economy. At its core, the American economy is founded on capitalist principles. It has some socialist principles in place: social security/welfare, market regulation, anti-trust enforcement, etc. But, generally speaking, if a person plays fair, he can be as successful as his desire and his talent warrants.

A cooperative is, at its most basic, a communist institution. I mean pure communist, not the ized communism in place in the former USSR, China, etc. Capitalism is founded on the principles of survival of the fittest. Those that work hard and are the most valuable, generally get paid the most. Communism, while brutally fair, has very little reward for those that go the extra mile. Thus, they have no motivation to do so. This results in a stagnant economy, with little growth or innovation; both of which are necessary to a healthy economy.

Remember that humans are inherently selfish. They will only do as much as they have to in order to get by, unless there is some percieved reward in it for them. Capitalism provides this reward in the form of money and power. Communism/cooperatives have only the intangible benefits of community and comradery as rewards. This is precious little for an independant minded person to recieve as a reward.

In my opinion I think people shouldnt have sex before the age of 18. I personally would wait until marriage to share the feeling and happiness of my first time with my husband. I cannot stand people having sex at young ages like 11,12,13,14,15. It shows how many young kids who most likely never expieranced true love would have sex for the wrong reasons. I also think it would delay kids from the proper education. What would happen if a 12 year old got pregant? Abortion, the murder of ones baby, or if she kept it she wouldnt have the education to take care of if it later. Its horrible, speading STDS. At least some people should do is learn about sex. Dangers, the joys, etc.

Okay let's look at this list. Music, I love music allmost all music I'll listen to, some I find not musical, like rap. Music can express allmost anything and has helped me many a time. Next we have abortion, It's all up to the couple that the baby belongs to, outlawing abortion would be horrible, espically in cases of rape. Gay rights, I have strong veiws on this being bisexual myself, Gays desirve the same righta as anyone else and should be allowed to marry as they please, love is love. Plain and simple. The age limit for sex, is fine, because half the teen population dosen't fallow it anyways... very stupid in my opinon, having an age limit for sex just tempts teens to have underage sex. Teen pregancy is all about ignorance, someone did not pay attention in helath class. I belive it should be avoided as most teens could not support a child. Sex runs rampent in the media, I think it should be kept out of the reach of children and in the reach of us perverts, I jest. It should be toned down a little, but who can control the media? Sexual health issues, I don't quite understand the disscussion here, it's basically STD's are bad and ejaculations are good for prostate health. A world issue I woyuld chose is.... that's one that requires some though. The war for oil is what stands out the most to me, it seemed stupid to me to finish what daddy started and not just leave it alone, 9/11 was horrible, but no need to randomly start more conflicts in the middle east. Pornogophay is art, plain and simple, there is nothing wrong with it, It is just someone's way of expressing themselfs.
