If someone used a muilty hit attack with the dice roll and the targeted opponent has a move that could block multible atacks, could the person use the move without having to use a dice roll?

You could, but you have to be very specific with where each attack is aimed at.

Unfortunately, no. But a proctor may remove you if you start to get annoying.
