Dude-LAP ANSEM IS ALIVE hes annoying sometimes but oh well what can anyone do about it Well...Thats why Madden has been the commentator, while Al Michaels is the play-by-play guy. ...Madden just dumbs down the game for people who are new to the NFL or football in general. makes snese, but what about the people who are like, football experts, they are probably the only people that hate John Madden.

...He may sound annoying at times by kind of stating the obvious. But don't blame him. He's like 72 years old!
...But trust me on this one. Football experts only look up to him, and have the utmost respect for him. Madden was renown as a coach and broadcaster. He coached the Oakland Raiders from 1967-1978, winning Super Bowl XI in 1976. Madden also posted a great coaching record of 112-39-7. He also introduced many to the game, on TV, and made extensive use of the telestrator.

I think Fox gets the Super Bowl this year. rolleyes ...Aikan (although a former NFL player) is less biased in his broadcasting. But you gotta love Fox's field crew with Terry, Howie, and Jimmy. razz
