"Xanul?" Saburou smiled, his tears drying up. Being in the presence of someone he really loved and cared about made him feel just a little braver. "Me thinks that it's a really nice name!"
"I'm happy to meet you too, grandpa," Saburou nodded very quickly, his tails wagging so fast that they looked like a white blur. Glancing at his mother first before glancing at his brother, Saburou walked right up to Remus until he was face to face, or rather, face to chest with him. Then, he looked up and gave a nervous smile, tilting his head to the right as his tails kept wagging. Hoping his grandpa won't mind, he pawed at the male's front paw with his own and blinked.

"Father!" "Vynnessia smiled and gave her son a hung as he ran to her. "I'm here to visit my father and to read some books." she told her son "Are you being adventurous?" she asked of her son.
He nuzzled his grandfather once in return "Hello Grandfather Lupin." Hakyoku looked at his brother "Hello Saburou." he said calmly but with a smile toward his younger brother.
"Go give your Grandfather a hug Saburou." she whispered to him seeing him paw playfully at his grandfather. Vynnessia smiled happily. Vynnessia walked over toward her sister Ayako "Hello Xanul." she widened her smile, it was her nephew. Vyn wondered where the other two were.
Hakyoku wandered over to get a look at his older cousin "Cousin Xanul...Aunt Ayako." he tilted his head just slightly. "I'm Hakyoku." he said straightening out.

"Adventurous?" The kit echoed, blinking as he held a confused look on his features. Pausing, he seemed to take in the word before nodding at his mother with a serious look, flicking his three tails as he replied, "Yes! And because Daddy had something he needed to do, so he sort of brought me to grandpa's place and asked me to meet grandpa... Since I was rather curious anyway, about grandpa, and this library."
He gave a sage nod, and looked at Remus. He had some a warm voice! And such a gentle feeling; Saburou feels really comfortable around this kitsu, and this library looked like a great place to explore! Maybe he would find out about this place his father referred to as 'Japan' from one of the books, since he was pretty sure that was where Sesshoumaru had said he came from, before coming to this world.
"A hug? Really?" Saburou smiled shyly, and hugged his grandpa. Due to size differences, it was one of a 'hug your grandfather's legs' deal. Also, it was difficult to hug on fours, and with paws. Still, Saburou felt natural around this character.

Remus could hardly mind in the least having a grandkit close. He chuckled warmly as Sab became as 'chest to chest' with him as the kit could then wrapped a paw around Sab's back as his leg was hugged, giving his won hug in return. "I am honored by your curiosity, Saburou. But would you please convery to your father that he is still as welcome here as you are?" There was a warm lilt to the gentle tease, the wizard's dark eyes lifting up to Vynnessia's -his brow arching just a bit to say that she could also remind her mate of the open invitation. "But now -how may I sate this curiosity? Or perhaps you all would like an impromptu magic lesson?" Remus' dark eyes twinkled with a hint of mischief. "That is if your mothers have not already taught you everything you could need."

"Thank youuu~" The teen grinned delightedly, giving a sideways glance at his mother. She was the one who named him after all. "Hello Hakyoku!" Xanul's smile couldn't get any wider. It was great to be with family!
A tinge of sadness appeared in Xanul's eyes for a minute. Yes, he was happy that his cousins had a father that was...well...caring. Although he loved his father, he still wished, wished that Saix would be more...fatherly towards them.
"Another lesson?" Xanul gave a mock groan, tails swishing in slight amusement.
Ayako watched this, all the while noting her son's sudden sadness. Worry flickered across her face as she looked down at Xanul, but the teen had already returned to his cheery self. "It wouldn't hurt, you know." She murmured, raising an eyebrow.

Saburou took a few steps back, trying hard not to step on his own scarf that will result in a trip, and possibly a sore butt. Sitting on his hunches, the male looked at his grandfather will wide, curious eyes as he tilted his head to a side. Frowning a little, he blinked, "Grandpa, what are magic lessons? Like the... Pull a rabbit out of the top hat magic? Or the wizardry magic? Or... Uh..."
He paused, remembering that Sesshoumaru had warned him never to speak of 'demonic magic', and although it was rather common where Sesshoumaru had came from and was inborn for many, it was different for others and was considered 'evil'. Saburou remained silent for a second, his ears flattened against his skull as he heaved a sigh of relief. He didn't let it slip!
"Because if it is wizardry magic, I... Hadn't tried it yet. No wand either." He nodded, giving his mother a quick glance. He was sure that he was not of age yet.

His eyes crinkled and he chuckled at the teen's reaction. "Are my lessons so terrible, Xanul? We can make them more interesting."
He sat, wanting to bring his grandkits to him and snuggle them, only just refraining and laughing at himself lightly. He faced Saburau, lowering his head to the kit's level. "Wizarding magic, though I suppose I can tell you what I know of other magics. Wizard magic is the only kind I can perform myself. Fred & George could teach those magic tricks if you would like I am sure. As for a wand... provided you do not chew upon it..." Remus' eyes laughed, for it was a joke among the household how Ginny struggled with keeping her red-headed daughter from chewing on her wand -much to Ginny's frustration. "I believe we can fit you to a wand. If your mother agrees. I see no problem with it."

"A wand..." Saburou looked at his grandfather with what appeared to be both awe and wonder, like a child listening to a fairytale before bed. His eyes sparkled, and with his tails wagging, the kitsu looked expectantly at his mother with a wistful look, "Mum, can I? Please? Please with sugar on top? Daddy said it's never too soon to learn something new! Wait, or was that 'never too late'?"
He frowned a little, his face screwed up like he had just tasted something horrible. Then, he relaxed again, "But please? I'll be really, really careful!"

"I was just joking, grandaddyyyy~" The teen whined, making puppy eyes at Remus. "Don't be mad?" He gave a cherubic smile, even though he knew his grandfather was sure he meant no harm. A slight twitch of his mouth proved that he remembered their last encounter when Remus had told him about Ginny's daughter's obsession with wand eating.
Ayako on the other hand, made a slightly disgusted face, horrified at how someone could ever treat a wand so badly. She righted herself soon after. "He's right, Vyn. My kids got their wands when they were kits. Magic should be learnt early."

Remus looked happily from his daughters to his grandkits, patiently waiting for Vynnessia's decision on the wand. Logically, he could think of no reason why she would not... but then there could always be factors Remus did not know. He gave Vynn a 'take your time but don't leave him waiting too long' look then turned laughing eyes to Xanul. "Me? Mad over a joke?" His eyes flicked as memories turned to days at Hogwarts, 'before', and all the jokes James & Sirius would pull. A sigh as he thought of growing up as a kitsu, younger than the talaye Weasley Twins and as a kt being frightened of their jokes. Funny... that now he was full grown they often deferred to his 'before' years. Well... at least more than they had.
"There is nothing wrong with that sort of joke, Xanul. However I am serious: lessons do not have to be boring to be learned." Remus looked from Xanul to include the others as well. "In fact, I'm quite of the opinion that most often the boring lesson is the one that does not stick."
