She chuckled, "I'm so glad you said yes." She shuffled gently twards the treeline, away from the sounds of the ocean and the covering of dark clouds on that part of the horizon. She waited for him and fell in place beside him. "I hope you don't mind my choosing the direction, I just thought it might be nice to head where I know the wind won't be as chilly."

"That, and you where always so head strong as to find your own path." he chuckled softly but didnt mind, Normally his comback would have been more jaded but he felt calm around her. which for him was an odd thing. Even though his mind was in turmoil forever blaming her for what happened that night, he couldnt bring himself to stay mad at her. Couldnt bring himself to say the things he normally would. Which, disterbed him. Damn siren!
"I doubt you would find a place out of the wind anyway, what with the storm nipping at your hooves." he said.

She chuckled and titlted her head to the side as though she would shrug, "It's just the way I am, no changing the feathers of blackbirds into something more appealing." She looked around quietly and paused in her banter, because it was nice to sometimes be quiet, and he probably didnt expect much of her anyways. She fell into place beside him, as though she would let him lead...maybe. It made her wonder, where did HE go when it was storming and cold?

"True...and I personally find the blackbird stunning. So its all in the eye of the beholder." He looked over at her, an almost childish grin that came out awkwardly dashing on his dark features. His eyes turned to the sky, watching the wind whip through the trees as the sea wind carried the storm closer to shore. His feathers ruffled slightly, but he enjoyed watching the trees dance and sway under the powerful force of the wind.
His dark mane drifted in front of his gaze as he looked back at her. Just how did the siren ride out the storm? He raised an eyebrow quietly as he looked at her and again chuckled and turned away. Damn woman had a hold on him, like a moth that ventured to close to the flame and got burned.
