I may be jumping the gun here but:
-Exactly how is combat going to work? -Will there be a party pool for AP and MP? -Any limitations on total attackers per round? -What kind of army is living in the neutral zones? -Will treaties or alliances be allowed between active players? -Do we gain more points to spend on armies?

Much of this was going to be explained later but those who have dealt with me a lot may see this coming. Ask and you shall receive (I like to give answers when I’m asked questions).
-Exactly how is combat going to work? Combat will work almost exactly like all other combats in RPS. Except you have 20LV worth of tokens. Your character will be taking part in the combats. Any expendable items you use (potions, charges, ext.) will count against you. One of the exceptions to combat will be the AP and MP pool.
-Will there be a party pool for AP and MP? Your character will have their own AP/MP pool and gain one of each a round. Your army gets one MP per a magical character they have each round. Since none of the troops have actions at this time AP is irrelevant for the army. (Note: each of the magical troops is considered to have their own pool so you can’t get a bunch of weak mages and have the more powerful ones use their MP)
-Any limitations on total attackers per round? No, each of your troops gets to act every round.
-What kind of army is living in the neutral zones? Each neutral zone will be protected by a 10LV army. But what that army is will change from place to place. You will have to find out when you attack it.
-Will treaties or alliances be allowed between active players? Players are free to do whatever they want. This is always my policy. I’m presenting you a game and rules. I’ll referee conflicts but that’s all. What you do amongst Yourselves is entirely up to you. The point is for you guys to have fun and I have no intention of limiting that.
-Do we gain more points to spend on armies? Yes, you will gain 5 points every week for each territory you posses.

Just curious, how will we buy the items for our troops, like a blade master, to hold. Will you set up a special shop or something? Also, will our troops regain health after each battle? Also, may we declare an attack on a place right now?

The only troop that can use items is the Blade Master and you can buy equipment for him at the normal shop. This means that you will have to spend your normal chips on it. But as I said earlier you will not lose the items. The Blade Masters can use any items you want to give them (as long as it does not exceed there Equip stat).
Your troops will be healed after each battle.
You don’t have to declare your fist attack until next weekend when everything officially starts but you are free to do so now if you wish.

Well, just to let you know... I think I'll give my blade master my blood dagger, and the healing bracer from Atlas.
Can I do that?

Ok, well I'll declare an attack on Pennslyvania now! (That state name is probably spelled wrong, oh well.)
Also, just curious for us costal cities, may we make boats to sail in the sea? Because don't we also want to get Hawaii and Alaska?

Clinkers are a real death machine arn't they? And you can't even stun them with the stun gunners can you? Oh by the way... I'm hoping changing the one healer and the mage to an Archmage. So.. it's
Cannon fodder -5 Stun guns -2 Defenders -2 Templars -2 Blade Master -1 Archmage -1

Bellamin: yes you can give him the blood dagger and the Arm Guard. He would still have 1 equip lift.
Perrian: I have plans for boats in a later version of the game. For the time being where just working on the main land. If it seems like all the players have established themselves and there is need for change and some room for more players I have been working on a unique map that will also accommodate some special bonuses for owning entire continents and travel by sea. All players still in this” Bata” version will get the same number of locations in the new version so try your best.
Prinny Baal: For the time being I would like to stick with the standard units. If everyone made their own totally unique units looking over an enemy army would be a vary daunting task. But I consider myself a fair person. I will put some consideration into it (I actually kinda think that that would be fun) and maybe put it into a vote and let you guys decide if the complexity is worth the customization. I’m also going to add you to the map here in a sec.

Great! Now for diplomacy...
Hey Fury and Piro? Because we're pretty close, do you want a three way truce for a while? This will allow us some time to gather up strength. And besides, if we started fighting early on, I'm sure that Nukunuku or Perrian would probably swoop in for afew finishing blows while we're weak.

Stay out of the South West and I will leave you unmolested. Enter Utah, Nevada, or Colorado and you will suffer a horrible fate... evil

I have a question about a different diplomacy treaty, a right of passage treaty. This treaty, if they accept, would allow both of the two people to go through the other person's territories. Of course one of the two sides could force the opposing side in this treaty to give something to them, like troops, chips, items, etc. Just an idea.
