"Yeah well I don't normally get contact much either." She continued to watch the water, not wanting to look at him straight in the face. She always knew of that as a threat and wanted to keep as good relations as possible. Glancing more towards her own feet she found a rock and began shifting it around, trying to occupy her mind. She knew she would have to leave again soon but didn't want to end her encounter too short, he did help her after all.
The sun's rays didn't seem so bad anymore now that she had fluids in her body. The sound of the trickling water was more obvious then the heat at the moment, filling her ears with a pleasant sound. Wondering what the other Ulaya was doing way out in the forest she fought the urge to ask for she was oddly out in the wilderness alone as well.

Thona smiled at her gently and looked away at some random rock. His tail flicked around wildly. Sometimes he couldn't help it, and this was one of the times. It made it easier for him to try to be nice. "So?" He said looking back at her. He had to work at her at an angle now. Maybe try to get her to flirt with him alittle?
Though, she didn't seem like the flirting type. He sat down making his tail stop moving as much. Might seem like a good idea, in case she asked about it. Though, he was always quick with thinking up something.

"So.' Kirara didn't know what to say, she never usually carried conversations let alone sit next to another for so long. The silence felt weird for her but she didn't know what to do to end it. Figuring the encounter must be pretty near an end she blinked her eyes away from the stone and looked at the other Ulaya.
"Well as fun as this has been I need to get going. Thank you for helping me." She was sure this was the smartest things to do, she didn't want to drag anything on. Shaking her head with a yawn and stretching she stood up and got prepared to leave the male behind her, long lost in her past.

" You don't have to leave. I mean, don't you just like standing around with someone once in awhile." He quickly said as he smiled at her. "We could do something... I don't know... Are you hungry?" He tried to keep the conversation going. Perhaps he could work a little harder. " I mean, a pretty girl like yourself needs to eat, and I'm a great hunter."
Great.. He never offers to hunt for another, but this was part of the 'Trust' game. He stood up again and extended his nails as he stretched a little.

She pondered at this for a moment and then decided to award his efforts. She wasn't a social Ulaya but she didn't want to seem rude leaving when he wanted company. "I guess so." She didn't know what else to say other then this. She had been picking berries and chasing rabbits for so long that her stomach was so used to small meals by now.
Taking her seat back next to where she was shortly before she wondered how he planned to chase down a kill. Intrigued with this she was willing to see more, watch it go further. Flicking one of her tails slightly she waited for him to run off and return with a wonderful meal like a prince on a white horse. Letting out a slight laugh to herself the grinned at the thought that had brought on in her mind and responded. "Let's see what you can do, huh?"

Score one for him. He smiled a little, not too much. Just enough to make it seem he was glad she didn't leave as into company him on his loneliness. His tail was at a gentle twitch now. As if to say that he was more comfortable with the situation.
"What would you like, My Lady?" He asked her. He hadn't chased something in a while, and it would be rather fun, though the fact it was for someone else was bothering him. It'll make up for it later... He promised himself. Yes... All in good time.

Kirara shrugged with his words, she hadn't browsed the possibilities of hunting making the forest seem like her grocery store. "I don't know. I guess it doesn't really matter." Still amused with his sudden excitement for a hunt she wanted to just sit on the sides and see what he came up with. Perhaps he would impress her, making her delayed journey worth while. She wondered how long this charade would last them, wondered if he was going to really hunt for her or not. At least her encounter with another Ulaya didn't turn into a battle, she wouldn't be able to stand that at all.

"Well, I don't know what you like. Rabbit, a boar, or perhaps a deer?" He flicked his tail. He wondered if he sounded a bit too excited to hunt, though he could always just beam his lovely green gem on his head and she'd understand. Though, it wasn't that that made him love it. The taste of blood, the love of torturing and kill it. Though, this time wasn't the time to torture it. A quick kill. Hopefully she didn't say a deer. Those weren't as easy to catch. He wasn't sure if there were any out this time. "But, I think you might have to wait on the deer a bit, they only come out at night mostly." Ok... it was a lie, but it'd work, hopefully.

Laughing at him for a moment she shrugged once again and again replied "I don't mind." She really didn't care, she hadn't eaten much and never had a choice before. "Whatever you can catch I guess." More like the first thing he finds and chases after was all she minded. The sun was a little after high noon and she wanted nothing more then to just sit where she is and let him run off alone but if he asks her to follow she wouldn't resist for fear of being rude.

"Well, then you give me no choice into picking something" He said walking past her a moment. "Don't get angry if I don't bring you back something you don't like. I did give you a choice after all. " He waited a few seconds before moving again. He flicked his tail gently back towards her face as if to make it rub up on her.
"A surprise it shall be." He said with a wink and started to stalk off in a random direction. Hopefully she wouldn't leave. It'd be pretty annoying if she did... All his work gone down the drain. Having to act nice was bad, yet he had to keep along with it. He flicked his tail and looked behind him to make sure she was out of eye shot before he started walking normal. Ears back he rolled his eyes...
Then as quickly as he let himself be himself he went back to his act. Didn't want her to follow him or something. Would be bad if she saw his real self. He stopped and started smelling the air to see what was around. Taking in deep breaths, he noticed a ton of birds, a rabbit, and some other small creatures. Well, a rabbit was good, but nothing to win the heart of someone. He needed to impress her to win her over for the night. It'd take a little to actually find what he needed.
He started to move again. A different direction was needed. Yet, he needed to follow the wind to keep the upper hand. He didn't want to make things too hard for himself. She wasn't worth it.

Kirara began to wonder how long it would take shortly after he went into the forest. She hadn't thought of this and didn't want to wait around all night for him to return with a rabbit or something. After all she could always just hunt one herself if she really wanted to. Glancing back down at the water's reflection she watched the clouds move above her at her paws. Letting out a small yawn she laid down on her stomach, crossed her arms in front of her and rested her chin on them, waiting for him to return. Shifting her tails about to keep a slight breeze active she moved her gaze to the forest where he disappeared into, watching for him to return.

Thona quickened his speed, He didn't want the "lady" to wait too long. Fast and big would make her impressed. Luck had to be with him this time. Or else things would just be bad. He flicked his tail as he came to a stop again to smell at the air.
He sat there for a moment with his eyes closed. He needed luck. He needed a Boar, or a deer to just pop out of no where. Perhaps, dead an fresh would work, but that'd be asking too much. It didn't take long before he picked up something. Though, he didn't know what it was. It seemed like forever before he picked something up. Smelled slightly big, though he wasn't familiar with what it was. Or he was, he just hadn't ran into one in a while perhaps?

Kirara waited for him to come back, giving up on watching the forest's tree line. After a while she had decided to get more comfortable and rolled over on her back, resting her legs from the land's hard terrain. Flicking the dust out of her ear she looked up to see what would normally be in front of her to see if he was coming. Being impatient wasn't the smartest thing to do but she didn't want to lay around all day waiting for someone who may not return.

(Bleh, excuse this lame post. Couldn't think of any other way to do it, and yeah. xD;; )
He quickly got to his feet again and followed the sent. He was determined to find out what it was. Hoping it was something eatable. He snorted again. Why couldn't he have thought of something better then going out and hunting. Pride. It was all that needed to be said. He was a good hunter, and he knew it. Through bushes and low branches, he finally found what he was looking for. Quietly. So quietly he hid himself. His whole body was still as ever as he watched the creature, still not fully sure of what it was. It being half hidden didn't help the situation either. It must have been a female in heat or something, because he finally realized it was a deer after all.
His eyes got wide and his ears back ready to pounce. The joy of hunting always erupted him. Made him want to slowly kill the creature, but he kept reminding himself that it wasn't the time for games. The doe was eating bits of berries and leaves as she didn't even realize he was there. The wind was on his side. Or at least he made sure of it every possible way. The sound of birds and other small creatures around made the doe a little uneasy, yet it didn't run away. Only to stop and look around before going back to munching on it's branches. Thona was waiting for the right moment. Which was going to happen any moment. When the doe's eyes shut and she went back to her eating. That was when he Lunged out from his hiding spot.
It almost happened to quickly. The Doe didn't notice him until a single clawed paw dug into her side. Of course, reaction took over making her kick and try to escape with her life. Though, the thing wouldn't let go. That thing had totally different ideas about the doe. She'd make a perfect mean to seduce the female he was working so hard to submit to him. Though, she had not yet known of his intentions yet. Soon, she will. He pilled out his claws from her hide and tried to dig in else where, though he lost grip on her. Instead of getting away right then, the doe tripped over something and fell to the ground along with the creature that was trying to eat her. Panic was visible all over her face. Her eyes showed fear, as well as reeked from it. All sound from the world had gone, not because she was deft, because fear and panic had caused her to not now what was going on. Loud desperate cries came from her as she thrashed about on the ground trying to get up before the other beast.
It didn't take long for both Thona and the doe to get back up. Even if it seemed like a lifetime for the doe that was about to loose her life. Thona quickly lunged his self back onto the doe, this time getting a better grip around her. The neck was the best place to grab and slowly kill a creature. Well, fastest way for him at least. He crunched his teeth down hard on the female's neck. She struggled more, but couldn't make a sound and was now panicing more. The harder he crunched down, the less she could breath. And soon.. All oxygen was cut off. More thrashing around. Everything getting darker, and darker. One last thrash, then silence. The male Ulaya didn't let go then. No... He waited a few minutes more to make sure the doe was totally dead.
Blood now stained around his mouth from where he had punctured her flesh with his teeth. He licked his chops as he placed a paw on the dead doe. Proud of what he did, yet he was already running out of time. Taking a small breather before he grabbed the neck of the dead doe. He started to drag it towards the way he came, he wasn't that far from her wouldn't take forever to bring it to her.
((Next post he'lll be back to where she is.. x.o;; or else... This will get too long. xD;; ))

A short time had passes and Kirara was still laying on her back with her eyes closed. It had been a long time since she rested for so long and she didn't want to move for the rest of the night. As far as she was concerned the male could take all night and she wouldn't have minded. Sniffing the air to see if she could catch his scent again she twitched her ear with the sounds of the forest. Shifting her weight she rolled over onto her stomach and watched the entrance of the trees, waiting to see if anyone was going to emerge but nothing happened. Deciding she was going to be waiting a little while longer she sat up and began grooming her fur again, starting with her tails.
