Since you are in charge of the gild, you could put a poll in the main forum with the names of the people you think would make good canidates, and also maybe ask others to sugest people they would like to see as a VC.
Thats fair enough, and the people that have 2+accounts on here, only vote once. (Wed have to rely on the honor system.)
