(okies, well I ish starting now!)
*Netsubo, now age 20, was sitting outside under the stars. She couldn't remember the last time she was this happy. Things had just been going good for her since the end of the Shaman King Tournament. She smiled as she saw a shooting star. She didn't make a wish though, let someone else have it. Everything she could ever want was here, in China*

Ren saw Netsubo sitting on the grass and sat down to join her, giving her a warm smile as he did. Yes, things had turned out just as good for the still very arrogant Chinese shaman. The day was approaching, however, and he looked forward to that rematch with Horo they had promised on, though he knew that he would be the victor, as always.
Closing his eyes, he let the light wash over him. Someone was coming, and they felt a lot like the ones that he knew as good friends...
((...there. betcha didn't expect that! XD Oh, and another question. did Yoh or Hao marry Anna? *rooting for Yoh*))

( Question, Momijikk... Can Ren and Netsubo have a kid? See, I had this idea for a friend/rival character for Hana. It's a little girl named Xing (Chinese for star ^.^ good name, no?))

Ren smiled, a smirk playing at his lips. "Why, that pompous Bokuto no Ryu..." He replied, thinking of the moment it would happen. The day was almost upon them. "We have to go greet the two, don't we Netsubo?"

(lolz.. OKIES! uh..One question..what does gomen mean? I've been wondering that for awhile...And as far as Xing goes, she's a 5 year old girl. She acts like Ren when she's in a battle, but is sweet and curious and playful when around other kids. um..as far as looks go, I'm not too sure! sweatdrop I was figuring a mix of Ren and Netsubo. Netsubo has black hair and blue eyes. I was kinda guessing like maybe Ren's eye color and Netsubo's hair color?)
*Netsubo laughed*"Yes..It's been a long time since we've seen him...Shall we go?"*she stood up and offered him her hand. Xing was sound asleep inside and Baston and Lataru were there to protect her if anything happened.*

ahem, so, yeah. huh. never knew Bason was spelled with a t. X3))
Ren nodded, taking her hand and almost pulling her down while he stood up.
"Of course, Yoh's child will be very interesting to meet..." Ren laughed a little, making sure that Netsubo hadn't really fallen. "I hope he's like his father."

Meanwhile, somewhere else in Hokkaido. HoroHoro was just finishing up his farmwork. Pirika was waving to him, but at the moment all he could see was Kororo and her friends frolicking in the fresh field of butterbur that he tended to.
"Oni-chan!" Pirika yelled in her loudest voice, finally capturing Horo's attention. "We're going to be late! Hurry up!"
Horo waved to her to show that he had heard her, then smiled down at his friends and Kororo. "Take care of the fields, Kirane." He nodded to a smaller Koropukkur (sp?), letting Kororo jump up on his arm. His voice was much deeper now, and he looked older and weathered with the years. "We still have that promise we made. Let's go..."
((um, sorry about playing Pirika there, but I had to for that moment. It...is alright if I'm Ren and Horo, right?))

*Back inside, xing was wide awake. She could sense the 2 people comming to her home. She crawled out of bed and tried to sneak past Bason and Lataru.It wasn't that hard. Those two were preoccupied with something else. Xing went outside and trailed her parents at a distance*

Ren noticed that Xing was tailing them, but let her. She would, after all, have to meet Hana soon, as they were taking her with them to the reunion. It was nearing now, and they were about to meet the ones who would inform them of what else was going on.
((argh, short...XD typos need to die...I feel your pain, since I can't spell even if I needed to...))

Suddenly, Ren was behind Xing, and in an instant he had her scooped up in his arms. "Young one, don't you know that you were supposed to be asleep hours ago?" He asked her, walking quickly back to where he had been standing moments before, next to Netsubo. "Well, don't worry about it tonight. You get to meet the people that we knew when we were in the shaman fight..."
A dreamy look had entered his eyes as he stared at the two approaching figures. No one would be able to make him admit that he had missed everyone.
((and now the waiting. whee, we get to see what Ryu and Hana have to say. I think...if anyone will rp as them...))

*Ryuu saw Ren and Netsubo at a distance. He also saw a small child in Ren's arms...He started laughing and called out* "Looks like we've been out of contact alot longer than I thought!!"
*Xing looked up at her father*"Papa, who's that? And why is his hair so strange looking?"
*netsubo laughed*"oh, his hair has always been that way...There's no hope for it"
*hana shook Ryuu's sleeve*"who're they, uncle Ryuu?"
*Ryuu*"These are some old friends. They are the ones who are gonna help us"
*hana*"oh...."
