"Thirsty?" Natsumi then realized that Vincent's bite must have made Travis into whatever he was. "You want blood, don't you?" she asked him.

Natsumi got an idea. "Keep him here for a bit longer," she said to Alpha as she got on her Gear. "Be right back." She zoomed off, heading to a butcher shop she had passed by not too long ago.

Natsumi kept zooming through the street until she stopped in front of a butcher shop. She got off and went in. She bought the bloodiest meat they had (though she kept looking away from it, it made her sick looking at it). Then she left the store, got on her Gear, and headed back.

Vincent let go of Kate, leaped into a flying, spinning drill-kick, and rebounded off of Jun in time to grab Kate before she had touched the ground.
Or, that is what he would have done had he not been filled with shrapnel. So instead, Vincent simply turned to where Kate was between Jun and himself, and anyone could see the mythling's eyes grow wide, darken to their full extent, and focus on Kate's neck at the same time as his teeth (not fangs) began to extend from his mouth. All of his teeth. Ordinary teeth, which did not turn into fangs.
Except, when Vincent went for Kate's neck, he did not go for the side. He went for the jugular.
