We had snow all day.
*offers hot chocolate to go with cookies*
If you look closely, there are little marshmallows in it 3nodding
Also, I just took a look at your DA o_O You're pretty good. It must take you so long to 'photoshop' them!

*accepts hot chocolate, and shares her blanky* I wish it snowed here... but, then again, it'd mean it would have to be colder, here... I wound up taking hot coco in a water bottle to school this morning to keep my hands warm. It was very effective, and made a warm beverage/breakfast just before class started... sweatdrop

EDIT: Not exactly... I have a low patience/attention span, so I have to get them done within a time limit of an hour, to two, or else I lose interest... *sigh*

Lucky... Last time I walked home with a coffee it was cold by the time I got there. I had to alternate which hand was holding it to hide the other in my pocket; my little finger and its neighbour were freezing up.

I was more concerned about my coffee than my fingers biggrin
DDT: But they still look good. Urgh, how do you do it. My people look like pumpkins when I attempt Photoshop.
Unrelated: ... did anyone ever notice Friedrich Nietzsche had 5 consonant in a row in his last name? sweatdrop

*shrugs* I've got a tablet, that I use.... I then fill it with the 'base' color for whatever it is... then add shading and light (if I choose too) Sometimes, I'll just draw things on paper, scan them, and then add the layer of color over it, finishing with a layer of lineart.

Interesting 3nodding
I'm not very good with anatomy, so I usually add clothing, or cover over things to make it look right... I'm hoping i'll be able to work on doing realistic stuff, which would then help with anatomy and such. I've got art 2 next semester, at school, so that should help... Especially since my teacher doesn't really like anime stuff...

Well... I love anatomy. My favourite thing to do is paint curves... I love curves... Watercolour, acrylics, oil, pastels, you name it! I wasn't ever really good with "anime/manga" kind of thing though.
*looks through old paintings to see if can scan anything*

I want a tablet, but til then I'll continue with my traditional sketch->scan->photobucket. I pretty much only do realistic stuffs.
here's a pic of my cousin that i did for her grad present grad gift
and one of my old exchange student for her 20th birthday Nami-chan!
both those are kinda old (maybe 3 years) I haven't updated in awhile, when I get my sketchbook back from my art teacher I will...

Anime-style is what I like to do, but I'm not very good at it. I want to learn all sorts of styles, though, so... I'm open to about everything. I usually fall back to the anime-style, though.

I can't do anime style to save my life...I've tried and it's just like uber fail. so I stick with semi-realistic at least. It takes me forever to draw too.
