Lilian frowned at Misty's wink to Koras before returning Psy, who was excited that he won his first gym battle. "Go Hurricane." Lilian said. Hurricane appeared in the air. He looked around before seeing the Goldeen. He glared and got ready to fight it. "Hurricane, Tackle." The Magikarp nodded before jetting in the water to tackle the other fish.

"Splash!" Lilian ordered. Hurricane started to move crazy in the water. He splashed so much that he was hidden in the foaming waters. "Now tackle." Hurricane darted under the foamy waters and tackled Goldeen in the the wall of the tank. He darted away again before tackling her again. "No mercy Hurricane." Hurricane nodded before splashing again to hide once more in the waters.

(I figure it does in a tank full of water! XD)

"Hurricane!" Lilian shouted as he was hit with a Supersonic. Hurricane closed his eyes as he took the hit. He grunted to it's self before glaring at Goldeen. "Hurricane? Hurricane? Are you ok?" Lilian asked trying to see if her Magickarp was ok. Hurricane looked up to the foam covered surface hearing the worry in her voice. He decided to win this battle and this gym for her. His body glowed then. The water lit up. "H-Hurricane." Lilian said in shock.

Slowly Hurricane's new form rose from the waters. He glared down to the now puny Goldeen. His body was larger than an ordinary Gyarados. His blue whiskers were a darker blue. He smirked before giving a roar. Lilian was shaken by the roar. "Hurricane?" The Gyarados looked back to his trainer. He smirkd before tilted his head to the battle at him. Lilian smirked matching his. "Oh you are a good boy, Hurricane. Now let's go! Thrash!" Hurricane just moved his long body violently around aiming for the Goldeen. "Don't give it a break, bug guy. Use bite." Hurricane dove down with his mouth wide ready to bite.

Hurricane- Gyarados lvl: 20 Attacks: Splash, Tackle, Thrash, Bite

Both Lilian and Hurricane looked bored. "Well Hurricane, Splash." She said knowing that attack might as well of been surf with his size. Hurricane gave a roar before jumping out of the water then down and repeated that motion rapidly. Soon grand waves stormed their way to the Starmie. "Hide in the waves, Hurricane then use bite on Starmie." Lilian ordered. She smirked to the gym leader before turning to Koras and blowing a kiss.

Lilian let the stars attack Hurricane. Hurricane only grunted a little before hearing his trainer call out another attack. "Thrash!" He nodded before attacking the Starmie.

Lilian noticed her newly evolved Gyarados was getting confused. "Hurricane! Clear your mind! I want you to swim around in the water and cool off. Keep dodging that Starmie wait for you chance to bite it." Lilian ordered. Hurricane blinked hard before diving in to the water. He swam circles around Starmie cooling off his heated head. He liked that his trainer understood his limit with that attack. He kept his eyes on the Starmie though. He would take it down.

Both Lilian and Hurricane gritted their teeth. "Tackle, dodge, move in to splash then thrash. Bite if possible." Hufficane nodded and followed the commands. He quickly moved to tackle but dodged, The large Pokemon then splashed about before thrashing. He darted at Starmie with his mouth wide opened before biting down on the Pokemon. "No Mercy!" Lilian shouted. She was drenched with water and her chest was making it's appearance. Hurricane pooped it's body out of the water before flinging it to the wall.
