I see the angels, I'll lead them to your door... Lightning moaned, her subconscious angered at none other than herself for passing out in such an idiotic manner. If only that ice hadn't kept melting, she wouldn't be in this awful mess. She just needed some ice, that was all. Just some lovely, cool ice. Certainly ice was capable of solving all problems, right? But maybe her normal body temperature was like that of any other human's. Maybe ice wasn't the answer to all riddles. What then? "Mmmm..." she mumbled, talking in her sleep. ...There's no escape now, no mercy no more.

The Lieutenant didn't bother to veil this hatred in any way. As the creature rummaged through his own stomach, Kaok gave him the evil eye. And she was sorely tempted to remove her goggles to let him see the full extent of her displeasure with him.

Ragdoll then pulled the gun out as he looked it over to make sure it was okay.
"Okay remus here you go no hard feelings right? Never drunk so much beer for awhile okay?"

Remus waited for Ragdoll to cough up his sidearm. He took a few deep breaths and drank some water to calm himself down. He took his sidearm back and stuck it in its holster. He sat back down, and looked up at Ragdoll. "Its...its fine. Just....just calm down some."

Ragdoll was finally tired as he sat down as he coughs up a couple bullets.

The doctor walked into the bar, happy as could be. He stopped in the doorway, took a deep breath, and exhaled. "Hello, all of you wonderful people!" He sat down on a bar stool and ordered his usual coffee.

I see the angels, I'll lead them to your door... Lightning stirred even more, fighting her instinct to stay put. There was a doctor in here... somewhere. Too bad she couldn't open her very eyes to see. The headache had lessened, but whenever she tried to regain complete consciousness, something seemed to mentally push her back, reviving the excruciating pain. ...There's no escape now, no mercy no more.

[I'm not a bad person...]♠ "Oh..." Chris was holding Lightning when Dr. Question came by. He knew Dr. Question probably wasn't the medical kind of doctor... and he still remembered the pain of being wailed on by a two-by-four. If he walked out with her now, chances are he'd be hunted down for all the wrong reasons... so he'd have to make due with what was hear. "Hey, Doctor..." He laid Lightning down on the counter. "This probably isn't your area of expertise, but could you help us figure out how to heal her?" ♠ [...I just have bad luck.]

Question downed the coffee in a single gulp. With a big grin on his face, he walked over to Lightning. "So... she has a headache just like I had?" That was the reason he was in such a good mood. After all, that headache had been hell.

I see the angels, I'll lead them to your door... Lightning would've giggled, but of course, she couldn't. She was in this dream state now, where she wasn't exactly sure of what was really happening and what was just another figment of her imagination. In both worlds, physical and mental, she was exhausted. And yes, it did hurt like hell. ...There's no escape now, no mercy no more.
