*Oneechan's attack was certainly amazingly fast. Logan shows he has much faster reflexes than she anticipated, and he began to block every blow with his hands. A shot landed every now and then, showing that her speed was currently much faster than his. He becomes desperate and does something only an idiot would do....he lowers his guard completely. Now every blow connected with Logan's body without fail. However, something wasn't right. Her attacks were connecting, but there were no blows of force. In fact, they were going through him! All of a sudden, Logan's body vanishes like a cloud. Apparently, it was nothing more than an after-image. Logan appears on the other side of the arena.*

"Rule number one in the fighting world: Never underestimate your opponent. You may find yourself making a mistake by it. Now come on...we're here to have fun...now, lets enjoy it."

*Logan once again assumes a fighting position, but with a more defensive stance this time.*

"You may have tapped into your ultimate power right now, but I still haven't shown you all of my tricks. If I did, it wouldn't be any fun."

*He stretches his neck out and whipes some blood from his face from the few blows oneechan managed to connect with.*

"Seeing as how you're still Oneechan I can bet that heart of yours wouldn't even think about killing me. I don't want to harm you badly either. Still, I'm rather curious on what else you can do. So come...attack me! And just to get you going.....take THIS!!!"

*Logan thrusts his fist outward like a punch. Immediately after the punch was given, a shockwave of air is shot right at Oneechan like an arrow. Taking a hit would be like taking a direct unguarded shot, so it would be wise to avoid it or neutralize it as soon as possible*

Quint looked over in his semi-dazed state, able to see the greater fight of everyone's around him.

"Yea, I did go out like that before, a few times in travels of mine, once against Aonice, and once against Morrigan." He sighed lovingly, "I always love giving my all, and I love it even more when my opponent does the same."

With a final grunt and muscle shift Gel stood up slowly, no longer in pain, but not in a hurry to do combat yet. He began to walk around to the edge of the arena over to where Aonice was standing.

Quint barely had the chance to notice when Gatz moved to smack him lightly over the head with his umbrella. It hadn't been very hard, but so enough so to let Quint know Gatz could have really decked him in that moment.

"Then focus on your own fight, young grasshopper," he said with a laugh as he repostioned the guard he hadn't dropped even during his own distraction.

"Remember what I said: subtle misdirection."

Aonice gigled.. "I remember now, i didnt win my self" she said with a scratch of the back of her head. "So that said" She looked over at the other fighters..

*Her eyes narrowed as her fists met air. She spun around, searching out the arena for Logan. She knew full well that afterimages only resulted from high speed. Finally she spotted him, he was ready in a fighting stance as he taunted her. Her own mental voice tore in to his mind.*

"TAPPED INTO MY ULITIMATE POWER? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING..."

*The air rippled as Logan sent a massive shockwave rippling toward her. Fissures rent the arena floor. This time she showed him what had been hidden by the blasts from the last energy attack. Oneechan's body flickered and dissappeared. The shockwave slammed inot the wall that was behind her. Pulverising much of the masonry. The noise was tremendous, a cloud of dust rose from the rubble. A flicker of light, and Oneechan reappeared where she had been standing.*

"MATTER TRANSMISSION IS A SIMPLE MATTER, FOR ONE SUCH AS I AT LEAST."

*lowering her weight, she pressed her palms together. Her golden aura shimmered, shifting through the spectrum settling on a violet shade. Her right hand curled as if gripping the hilt of a blade. She began moving her hands apart. A hissing and a crackling could be heard, as a long, thin, black, bladelike object formed im the ever widening gap between her palms.*

"MASHADAR - THE ETERNAL HUNGER."

*The light seemed to dim in the arena, as that accursed black blade was drawn. Oneechan placed the blade at her hip, as if it were sheathed. One hand on the hilt.*

A terrible feeling caught Quint, and once again he became distracted. But this time he had good reason to be.

"That weapon..." Quint said, gasping. The changing of the lights themselves, from a bright white to a dim purple and black, told Quint that this was no ordinary sword.

He thanked every god he knew of when Gel stepped in. "Thank you...I just hope she listens." He could feel his pace quicken, his breathing become irregular. Time, for him, stopped as he awaited her...it's...reaction.

*She whipped around at the voice. She spoke, audibly instead of with the mind voice.*

"If it isn't Gelalshawr Din Torren'Dar. Still a Warden I see..... What don't you recognise me. Ah well, I suppose having spent these last 8000 years trapped in this gemstone, it's no surprise. At least now I can occasionally have some fun with this body. Damn catgirls."

*She ripped the black blade from her hip. Sliding it back into her hand, where she'd drawn it from*

"I see you still remember the power of the black blades though."

*She kept one wary eye on Logan, and the other on Gel.*
