Unless you make that character after the expansion, I don't think you'll be able to roll a blood elf.

Try a tauren. The added 10% health helps wonders, and War Stomp is a skill that has saved my hide dozens of times. 3nodding

Or the undead, and be able to break a fear twice with Will of the Forsaken. Cannabilize is another skill that can help either when you don't have a priest, or want to grind a little faster.

Or even an Orc, with an added bonus to Axes, and their racial (I forget the name) that allows you to do 10% more damage for 30 seconds.

And as a side note, I think that the name "Undertaker" will already be taken when you try, so you might want to have a backup, just in case.

Last question: Do you have a mic and Ventrillo?

Well, I usually don't play horde at all, but I think I'll stick with the Undead, coolest storyline. Also, no and no.

Bah, I've played Alliance too long. I'd imagine it'd be difficult getting accustomed to Horde areas and quests and such.

Actually, from what I've seen, the Horde quests are much easier to get to and grind for.

For example the Onyxia chain for attunement: Alliance quests: 7. Horde: 3. Most of the quests in STV, the place where you're most likely to get ganked, are either at Nessing's, or in Grom-Gol, both of which are only a couple minute walk away.

And Druki, what server do you play on? Maybe we can get some character transfers going..

I've played on a few servers. I have a lvl24-ish Warrior on Agamaggan (or however it's spelt), a lvl26-ish Mage on Dragonmaw, and currently I'm playing on Bonechewer with a lvl 17 Warrior. All are human.

It sucks when you expect to play with friends, but then they either don't help or quit or something. That's why I'm now on Bonechewer. But I need to repay it, as my month ran out.

I like playing Horde, to me, they all get along the best, except for the forsaken. But the forsaken and their wanting to rid the world of the living just irks me.

But for now I am currently playing a Night Elf warrior based off a DnD character that I played sometime ago. Night Elves are that *Sparkle Sparkle* pretty, but soon to have competition with the Blood Elves for prettiness.

The Drenai look is awesome, tendrils are a girl's best friend...

Aw man, this sucks. For those of you who don't know, I'm currently visiting my relatives in Lebanon, no not the city, the country in the middle east. And for those of you that watch CNN, you know that Lebanon is currently getting the crap bombed out of it by Israel, although they're doing it slowly. But I'm pretty sure I'll survive until the US embasy gets me out of here.

Hopefully you're nowhere near the bombings. sweatdrop

Near the bombings? I was so close I could see the sky turn red when a bomb hit. Luckily, I've escaped into Syria, I'll be back in the good old USA on the 24th.

Scary, yet now you can look back on it and say that the bombing's red glare was never more of an accurate description used in the Star Spangled Banner.

If you've ever seen the T.V show 'House M.D', then you would know, and understand a familiar theme in the show.

"Everyone lies. Death makes them focus on what's important in life, forcing them to tell the truth."

Everyone lies. Point blank. I have yet to see a person who doesn't lie.

"But Quint," Some people ask me, "We're only human, what makes you think that we can't lie sometimes?" To that I tell them that being human also means having choices. You can choose to tell the truth everytime, but you don't. Why?

...Reason I bring this up is because just yesterday I found out my girlfriend of 3 years was cheating on me. Of course I dropped her faster than a stone underwater, but still. Why lie? Why tell me that you love me, when you're sleeping around with someone else?

Which of course also hurts. But not in the same way pain hurts.

....Dammit, I'm getting all emo over this topic. stressed

So let's get to the point: At what point do you lie? Would you lie to keep dreams alive? Would you lie to keep others from being hurt? Would you lie to save yourself from embarassment or failure?

The only one who knows at what point they lie is him or herself, and sometimes even that's not true. To completely know when you'll resort to lieing, you'll have to ask yourself every question, put youself in every situation possible. But if you're asking at what point is lieing okay, that's an unanswerable question.
PostPosted: Fri Aug 04, 2006 7:29 pm

Well, I guess what I'm asking is why even lie? Is keeping the truth so sacred that you're willing to hurt someone even more with a lie?

But you're right Rio, I can't ask anyone to what extent they will lie, because that answer will be a lie in itself.

*Sigh* Being ignorant is bad, but learning that you've been living inside a lie is even worse. College is coming up soon though, so I can look ahead, and not back. 3nodding
