"There's no point." Anysi explained, the sadness returning in both her eyes and voice. "I can't get emotionally attatched to anyone, and I most definately cannot love someone... it's not like anyone would ever love me in the first place." Anysi explained to him. Her eyes had drifted away from him as she spoke, for she knew if she allowed him to look in her eyes he would see what she was feeling, and vunerability was something she dispised.

Zhuke felt the tone of her voice change. He heard her out and thought to himself. Zhuke stood up with one of his hands in his pocket. He reached out and touched her cheek, turning her head to look at him.
"You're absolutely wrong. Love is not easily found, and as 'she' always used to say, 'Pain is in every soul, but so is Love'. You can't grasp the fake image, but you can grasp the truth. Right now, you're not holding onto anything." he said softly. "You only think no one loves you, but there are those that I don't know of that see you as a loved one. You just need..."
Zhuke lifted her chin up.
"...to keep your head up and smile at the unknown that's coming your way."

Anysi, surprised by Zhuke's actions, looked into his eyes for a moment not knowing what she should do. She hadn't categorized him as the bold type, especially not with girls.
Though, her thoughts weren't lingering on that, instead she was thinking about the why of things. Why was he so intent on helping her? Did he not know she was a lost cause? Why did he care?
Trying to rid herself of these thoughts, she allowed her smirk to return as she replied with her usual snide comments. "You know, I would believe you if I was naive, but unfortunately for yuou I'm a whore."

Morgan was fairly surprised by Zhuke's actions, but none the less, she knew now that he had it under control. Walking over to the table, she glanced at both, then sat back down where she had before, looking out the window once more. She didn't want to interrupt their conversation if it wasn't needed.

Zhuke thought to himself while waiting for a reply.

"It's one of my many charms." She said sarcastically in reply.
A sigh then fell from her lips, as she looked away from Zhuke, crossing her arms in the process. No emotion could be detected in her facial expression; her usual anger wasn't apparent, but instead her angelicness could be seen. "Look," she began, her eyes turning back to him, "find me someone like you speak of and maybe I'll change my mind. But as of now... I know nobody loves me."

Zhuke dropped his head on the counter.
"Jeez, you really 'are' stubborn." he replied while standing upright and rubbing his head from thinking so much. "Barkeep, a shot of red wine plea-"
Zhuke looked to his right.
"...make that two." he said while putting the last of his money on the counter.

"Wow, you're actually drinking something instead of coffee. How daring of you." Anysi said to Zhuke, her sarcastic tone still very apparent. It was merely the way she worked. When she wasn't sure of what to do she weren't straight to sarcasm. That way she would push people away with her comments and not have to worry about attatchement.

Zhuke had practically let Anysi choose her way in life. He wasn't worried, he knew she'd change somehow and someday.

"Fine." Anysi said, not sounding too excited about it as she sat down next to him. She took a sip of the wine, her eyes glancing over towards Zhuke as she did so. He continued to surprise her over and over. Every time she talked to him he continued to reach out. He was the help she needed though of course she would never admit that. Then it struck her; she didn't even know his real name. "So what's your name anyways, Sin?"
