GAIA'S TIME LINE

Well that sounded like fun. twisted

So let's tally up what happened here. As you could tell from their journals,G CORP was a mysterious organization and Gaia's largest manufacturer of biological medicines and advanced technology. It was placed in a Secret Underground Test Facility, under the Gambino Mansion.

12 LabTechs were working on a secret project in that lab, that only a few of them actually knew what was going on.

The LabTech who knew the most was Labtech247,which was one of the head-researchers. He was trying to develope a cellular regeneration or anti-aging formula, which a short time later tested it on LabTech722.
Because he thought the Virus was working, he also injected the other LabTechs with it. The idiot stare
This Virus would later be known as the Earliest Sample of the G-Virus.

After a while, LabTech247 realized that something was extremally wrong. LabTech101's hands were starting to lose it's skin by then, but he thought it was due to all those containers he had been moving earlier. What he didn't know, was that LabTech 101,while moving some of these containers,accidently tripped and a container broke. Apparently it contained some Vials with an Unknown Green Liquid in it.

Also the Green Rabbit, which LabTech101 had named Grunny, seemed to have died. LabTech247 thought he had burned that thing, but somehow Grunny managed to survive, most likely due to the G-Virus.

It was around this time that the mysterious LabTechX had started to sell Vials of Unknown Liquid at the Marketplace for 100g each. LabTech912 bought one thinking it was a combo perfume & lotion, that would make her skin perfect, forever. rolleyes girls.
Also, a very confused LabTech123 suddenly started to Spam the Guild for a while, but the posts later got deleted. (too bad I wasn't there or trust me again this would be in here. crying )

At the Gambino Mansion, LabTech062 held a Retirement Party. This was where it all went down the drain for our poor saps the Labtechs.
When everyone was saying their congrats to LabTech 062, a Zombified LabTech013 suddenly showed up and bit Labtech957, turning him into a Zombie. At the end all the LabTechs which were at the party got Zombified.
Gambino escaped the room and locked the doors, but the Zombies broke through it, and started to lurch towards a place that they shouldn't have gone. Wanna know where? Alright. Let's go!

Holloween Bash 2k4

Now this is the Holloween event that all were looking foward to at this time. We were invited by Mr. Gambino(whom we all want .... you get it stare ) and he had this banner that would tell us that the event had started.
you would go to the Isle of Gambino and click on the mansion. Then you'd click on this icon:

This would bring you to the forum of hellfun. mrgreen

Throughout the event, an alarm would keep going off, and Gambino would say nothing was wrong. (yeah right stare like you WOULD ACTUALLY TELL THE TRUTH! scream )

My my my, of course I expected this big of a turnout. domokun I'd like to thank everyone for coming and sharing in the joy that is Halloween. Please disregard the fire alarm earlier. Some of the more rowdier guests must have set it off. Everything is going to be OK. Nothing to be worried about really. domokun

EVERYTHING IS UNDER CONTROL.

Don't be alarmed everyone. It seems another one of those rowdy partiers has set off the fire alarm again. Please be calm, I've got people working to fix the problem. sweatdrop For now, just stay away from the big iron doors and the uh.... gun turrets.

The party that LabTech 062 had actually had been in the basement of the mansion the whole time everyone upstairs were having fun.Once LabTech 013 had infected the other techs, They were going to come up to them! eek .Gambino had run out and sealed the basement, but the zombies got through and started infecting the other Gaians.
Somehow, Gambino and Gino escaped from becoming zombies. But of course, the "nice" man Mr Gambino left us with a message before he left wich was this:

LOCK AND LOAD!

Ahem...so my security advisors have informed me that there is a slight pest control problem in my mansion. So, being the gracious host I am, I am now supplying all of the remaining humans with shotguns... that is, you now have the ability to fight to stay...um....human...

SAVE MY MANSION AND YOURSELVES! domokun


In this event you were allowed to shoot zombies with shotguns, which Gambino handed out, and zombies were allowed to bite humans.
But if you were turned into a zombie, you could turn back into a human by drinking the stuff in these Vials of Unknown Liquid that you would have baught from LabTech X.
This was the vial.

Now when the attack came, you could get items from the things you did. Either you were a Zombie, or a hunter. These are what you could get:

For being a Zombie, You got these when you bit so many:
(50 humans bit) (100 humans bit)

For staying human and killing these suckers, you got these after shooting so many:
(50 zombies shot) (100 zombies shot)

During all this chaos, The head of security named Bucho informed Mr Gambino that the silent flash protocol had been activated. The level of infection was too high to leave the place as it was. This silent flash was actually a missil. That's right! a missil eek oh god! NUUUUUUUUUUU!!!
It was SO...... stare oh now what is that? rolleyes I thought Gambino was rich people. rofl Puny little....

*cough cough* ok little but can still pack up a punch.... Well, the missil did indeed blow up the mansion and it was a pile of rubble in the end. everyone in it was destroyed except for Gambino which had been thrown from the place.
(lucky b*****d. learning to fly too stare ). The only person that was unaccounted for was little Gino crying . He was nowhere to be found.

A reporter came to the scene and covered the story:

Holloween event 2k4

Now for the other part of the fun. After all the crazyness in the mansion and everyone was safe and sound,The towns were decorated:

Jack came back for a visit. Yeah the spooky guy. twisted You would yet again get candy from the shops. they were actually dressed up which was really cool. this is how they lookes like(yeah I know I did extra search sweatdrop ):

Then you would go find jack on the map:

If you didn;t have enough, he would say this:
HOW RUDE scream .... stare .... gonk I want MY ITEM!!!

Ahem.... yes .... well... as I was saying... Once you got all the items, you would find jack on the map:...... whee xd so small and cute looking!!!

Christmas 2k4

Ah yes. The flowers were gone and so was Gino. This christmas was not a happy one for the heartless sad old man Mr. Gambino. He obviously felt bad for losing his son since his journal was full of the journey he took to find him again. The reporter we had seen during the Zombie aftermath was there to tell us that Gambino was searching all over Gaia for his son and also, that he had lost so much from the disaster. This is how the report looked like:

Isle De Gambino - The Quest Begins

A GAIA Christmas Story

I sit here on this crate in a crater that was once my home. It's been 55 days since that night. My greatest achievement and my biggest mistake.

This photograph is all that I have left. My mansion... in ruin. My riches... gone. My son, my dearest son ... missing. And to top it all off, it's Christmas day.

But what is this I see?! A glimmer of hope. Gino could still be alive! He must be. He's crafty like his old man.

I embark on a quest inspired with hope! Afterall, it IS Christmas day! It is a time for miracles. Bah, I make MY OWN miracles.

Port of Gambino - Oh what fun it is to ride...

I make my way south and what do I see? Sasha and Moira, off to some party. These young girls make me sick.

They think of nothing but fun, of self-enjoyment and carelessness. Do they not know what it means to have lost something special in their lives? Do they even care that, while they are having a blast, others are suffering and are in need? *sigh* I wish I could go too, but I am determined to find my son!

Bass'ken Lake - An empty whole.

Ah, tis old man Logan fishing away. Bass'ken lake is iced over yet he is still determined to catch something. Here is a man so dedicated in his craft that he shuns everything else. An admirable way of life, though a lonely one. Is this what lies in store for me? Am I also fated to be alone?

Ah, at least I can take solace in knowing that I'm not the only one alone on Christmas day. Perhaps I can join Logan here and help him catch a fish or two. ^^

Barton West - Can't buy me love.

It's so cold outside, even the green of Barton West is frosted over with white. Though despite the cold, there are people who brave it in order to spend their money. I was once the richest man in GAIA. I could've bought anything I wanted. And now look at me. What does money and physical things mean when there is no one to share those things with? I wonder if anyone got me a gift this year? I suppose not.

Durem - A friend in need is a friend indeed.

In times of need, you can always count on friends. Edmund, is one of those men. Honorable and kind, yet strict and controlled.

He is one of the only men in this world who I would call "friend." He's on THE LEVEL.

But sometimes friends have obligations. -_-;; *ring ring* "What's up, V? Oh, ok I'll be right over."

And it's times like these that remind you that friends are only temporary. Family is forever. "You understand right, man?"

"Yeah, I understand."

Barton Town - The breaking point.

It's been such a long day. I've searched all of the land and yet Gino is nowhere to be found.

A voice of a child! GINO!? Could that be you?

No, not him but another child. I believe this little one is named Peyo. He is Ruby's child. Ruby... they look so happy. So warm and content. They may not have much, but they have it all.



I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANY LONGER!

Durem Reclamation Facility - Miracles CAN happen.

This facility represents my soul. A barren wasteland scorched by ice. A craggy, dangerous place where all the waste in GAIA sleeps. No one wants what is kept here.

I am numb. I won't feel a thing. Though at this moment, when nothing is left for me, I can actually feel something. Something holding me back. It's too late for me though. I have nothing. I am GAIA's most powerless man.

The only thing that could save me now is gone. Gino, my son. I never got the chance to tell you...

"Don't do it!!" The voice called out. At the moment of my near demise, a miracle happened.Gino's voice! I am saved!

It really WAS him. Gino, my son. I embraced my son like I never had the time to do before. Though, there was something in his eyes... the same soul, but something different. I then knew what it was when he uttered one question...

"Who are you?"

THE END?!?!

gonk oh the pain of that story... so sad... Mr Gambino lost everything... and he seemed to have changed his way. Maybe money was his problem. Now that he didn't have any, maybe he would change his whole view on things? And poor Gino. He lost his memory... gonk

The events of christmas 2k4

While Mr Gambino was searching and finding out that Gino had lost his memory, we had a couple of events that were really nice.

One of them was to carol to the shop keepers. Once you had enough of them, you would get items from them in a box:

2nd Gaian anniversary ball

Now we are entering into a whole new ball game here folks. Here we meet new people! That's right! Here they are:
Cindy Donovinh (She has been the reporter that was at the scene of Gambino's disaster)
Liam (which is a new shopkeeper who came from the new town called Akea!)

And We also meet..... The VON HELSON SISTERS!

During this event, The girls gave us these items:

After a while, Gambino started acting rude and tellin people to chant his name. The VH sisters got so pissed that they kidnapped Gino from him.

3rd Gaian Annual Ball

Now after the big fight and Gambino and his son left the mansion never to return again, we had an annual ball to go to. It wasn't made by the VH sisters, but it did occure in their mansion. The admins let a guy do that which was really nice of them. 3nodding
The person who hosted this event was Razumi Yazura. He looks like this:


Nothing really happened here. Only an event by one of us. No NPCs showed up or anything.

Gambino VS Von Helsons

Now we all know that Gambino will not just stay on his side of Gaia without doing anything right? Of course not. Sure, he didn't have a home anymore, but he would be fixing that really fast.
He asked us Gaians to help him. He did a Gambino charity drive. When you would see him on the map like so,

this is how we would know when he had to gold to build his mansion to it's original completion:

But once he did get the gold he needed, another part was added on to the bar!

(greedy bugger what is he up to now?! stressed I thought you changed your ways! scream ... stare .... gonk why is he so greedy?!)

So after the Gaians saw that extra bar, they of course gave him more. rolleyes

while we were giving him the extra gold, this is what you were seeing on the map on the Isle:

So now that this big monstrosity was built, Mr Gambino locked himself in and then the reporter showed up in a helicopter to let us know of what this building was.
Soon after, the Von Helson sisters were in durem protesting against what Mr Gambino did. they sold anti-gambino signs to people.

April Fools 2k5

Ah yes. This part in the timeline has braught many things to the Gaians. From cheering to madness to sadness. Let us see why....

Now as we all know, Mr Gambino turned out to be the same as always.Greedy rolleyes . So when he was all Screaming in the air happy, this is what happened:





yes. the tower fell... eek oh my. Now before that big mommah fell, the helicopter witht the reporter actually took the footage of Gambino falling eek LOOK!!
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU gonk crying .... what am I doing... I thought... Gambino is evil.. why am I crying... (you'll also noticed that he slammed into one of the tower points rofl ninja )oh the PAIN! And the sisters got trashed too. This was the report that came from the tower crashing down.

... we saw that... there was still a mansion left standing eek that bugger must have done something to the structure stare .
Now since that report, Mr Gambino, his son and the Von Helson sisters were nowhere to be found. ninja People say they died...but others think differently.

Now this event was not as big as the whole greedy give gold to Gambino thing, but it was still an interesting little thing. We got to meet the easter bunny. The real one (not Ian dressed poorly to substitute rolleyes ).Isn;t he all shiny and new? mrgreen
