Oh no I don't remember this....um I'm just taking a stab at it. Was it when Vernon was driving to work and he saw McGonagall, in cat form, reading the sign.
Okay thinking out loud here:
Baby Dudly throwing a temper tantrum in the kitchen, kisses Petunia goodbye, gets in the car and drives to work. He first sees the cat, then he sees the wizards in their robes talking about Voldemort......
So yeah, I'm going with what I had up top ^^
