Fyra took a step back and her hand disappeared in her sleeve, just in case. She sat across from the man at the table and smiled in a guarded fashion. She took a pen out of her sleeve and wrote in neat and efficient Kanji "Fyra. A pleasure to meet you. May I see your blade?"
Ash smiled happily. "If it wouldn't trouble you too much." she said. "Although it is a little heavy." She pointed at the stairs. "My room is just on the second floor." She led the way to a door about halfway down the hallway, opening it and stepping inside.

Kojiro nodded and handed her his large and heavy Nodachi. Kojiro wondered if such a pretty woman could wield such a big sword. It took him years of training for him to be able to use the sword with one hand. He began to write again
'Can you use it?

Kai grinned "it's nothing but light to me"he had already picked the suitcase up and was resting it on his shoulder still holding it with his left hand, it's his strongest hand. "so you live here? I live in the castle...or I did not sure if I still do because I'm not a royal guard anymore..."Kai blinked and chuckled as he followed '...sorry I'm babbling to myself"

Fyra studied the blade for a few minutes from every angle before returning to the table, offering it back to it's proper owner, reading the words and responding: "No. I specialize in concealed weapons and poison." She smiled and pulled a knife out of her sleeve, throwing it across the street where it pinned a fly to a door by the wings. She retrieved the knife and let the fly fall to the ground, smiling.
"That's quite alright. I enjoy listening to people." Ash said merrily. "Why aren't you part of the guard anymore?" she asked. "If you don't mind telling." She sat down on the windowsill and looked out on the street. She loved watching cities.

Kojiro took his Nodachi back and smiled. He wrote his reply,
"Cool! what's that like? You a Ninja or something? What do you do if faced by many opponents at once? Do you live in this city?" He waited eagerly for her reply. She was skilled indeed. His highly tuned eyes caught the movement of her knife and the fly's demise.

Kai placed the suitcase and crossed his arms with a smile as he looked around "...I got fired..."he then looked at Ash "...then Sean hired me again as a four star general of the marine forces"Kai uncrossed his arms and pocketed them as he looked at the city "I never saw it at this angle before" he chuckled for he's been here for too long.

Fyra wrote, pausing to think occasionally. "I don't have the skills of a ninja. No. I am an assassin. I was raised by the guild and all my life has been dedicated to the arts of assassination. As for dealing with crowd control..." She unclipped the heel of one of her boots and smiled, placing it on the table. "For small crowds, I have these. For large ones... I'll keep that a secret for now." She sat, smiling but still holding her knife. Strangers were not to be trusted.
"Well, it all worked out for the better, then." Ash crossed over to the suitcase. She opened it and began pulling out clothing, hangars, furniture, art, and dishes. After a few minutes, the room looked like it had been lived in for awhile. The case, however was obviously too small to fit everything that had just come out of it. The last thing to be removed was a large medical kit which she placed by the door. She sat on the sill again and smiled at Kai with an expression that clearly said "Go ahead. Ask."

Kai raised an eye brow as he looked around at the room "...you know I've see a lot of things and nothing should surprise me but...now that I see it was magic I guess that's the reason it was heavy"he rubbed his left shoulder, the one the suitcase was resting on "so where'd you find it?"he wasn't very surprised for the amount of stuff in the suitcase but more so that she had something like it.

Kojiro gazed at the weapons she showed. "Auhh..." He gasped lightly. He then suddenly started looking around him. This city was different that the ones he was used to. He began to write again
"This city is nothing like Kyoto. What do you think of it? and this Country for that matter? I just got here and I don't know anyone or anything. Are there strong people here like you?"

"I only recently graduated from the guild. I never even stepped off the grounds before then. I'm afraid this is all new to me, too." After a moment's pause, she added: "Strong? Hardly. Fast, yes. Accurate, yes. But strong? That I am not."
"I tracked it down in England. 1872. I collect magical artifacts." She smiled and pointed to a case containing a harp. "I just recently found that one. You can use it to weave illusions." She opened the case. "Do you play?"

Kai glanced at the harp "I'm a fan of magical items"he then glanced back to Ash "as for music I'm a guitarist"he nodded "not sure if that's what you ment but ya"he shrugged and walked over to the harp.

Kojiro just smiled warmly and wrote, 'I disagree. I think you are very strong. I can tell. I would not mind looking around with you, if you want. He didn't like being alone if he could help it. He waited for her reply.

Fyra shrugged "Why not. I do have a job tonight but that shouldn't take long. It's just up the street at the police station." she smiled.
Ash smiled. "I'll play a short scene for you." She said warmly. She sat behind the harp and removed her gloves. She tuned a couple strings before launching into a forlorn melody. As she played, the walls of the room melted away. Instead of a city outside, though, there was a forest with trees so high that their tops trapped small clouds. There were ferns all across the forest floor and birds flew in and out of trees. There was even a faint smell of rain in the air. It all disappeared the moment Ash stopped playing and was replaced by the walls of the room. She turned away for a moment and wiped away a tear.

Kai looked around as the melting room and his eyes widened "..woh..."he softly said as he looked around.Kai moved the hair away from his left eye so he can see through both eyes, the eye was scared and it was the reason it was hidden.When the music stopped the room reappeared and he swiftly turned around "...that was fantastic..."he raised an eyebrow "is something wrong?"
