Natsumi bolted out from behind the sofa and towards the door.

With lightning-quick reflexes and speed, Vincent shot forward and punched the weak, pathetic sixteen-year-old Travis, which would send him flying. Natsumi's Extreme Gear was downstairs, in a closet.

Travis slumped to the ground after hitting a wall. He weakly raised his arm and threw the second grenade at Vincent.

Natsumi was out the door when Travis was punched and set flying into the wall. She hesitated, not wanting to leave Travis.

Well, it wasn't like Vincent stood still for the grenade to hurt him. The mythling was quickly at Travis, kneeling down and shaking him violently. Even in his deepest pit of desire and lust and thirst, he was still wanting, above all else, one single thing: "Did you truly ssslay her!?"

"Let him go!" Natsumi yelled at Vincent. She hadn't left yet, she couldn't without Travis. She had only gone downstairs, got her Gear, and came back.

((That would 'turn' him. Inevitably, he'd become a mythling, with all physical quirks included. That, or he'd accumulate a split-personality [omg full moon cruises, anyone? rofl ] like Sheo, so, leaving that said, I can edit if you change your mind.))
Vincent was visibly shaking. The corner of his mouth curved upward in the beginnings of a grin, and he chuckled. "Ssso typical of her...."
Vincent slowly licked the saliva off of his face, pupils dilating and expanding constantly, eyes always the shade of umber, and he ignored Natsumi. Vincent then proceeded to bite Travis, between the neck and the shoulder, and would drain him until he died, unless Natsumi interfered.
((I would think she'd hit him with the Gear or something, your choice. The kitchen-thing would also have knives.))
The grenade had also exploded on the other side of the room, too far to do any of them harm but enough to break the windows it was near.

Travis' eyes widened when he felt Vincent bite him.

Vincent surged forward, collapsing on top of Travis, before attempting to pick himself up. The shrapnel in his body was beginning to interfere with nerve endings, causing the mythling's movements to be jerky and erratic.
But he did manage to lash out a weak (for him) kick at Natsumi's legs, hissing.
((Normally, transformation would take a few hours, painful hours, but the fact that Natsumi's life is in danger, might provide, with all the adrenaline and fear, a temporary boost in transformation, leaving Travis with some escalated strength, though not much else yet, before he's collapsing later, like a drug or alcohol high, to sleep it off. It will be painful.))

Travis' hand suddenly lashed out and grabbed Vincent's foot before he kicked Natsumi.
