I was appointed when the founders like...lost interest and/or couldn't find time to run the guild. sad
Raine Sage (now Scribney) was the last remaining semi-active captain, who passed the torch over to me. Yoshi King had just about left Gaia, as did KitsuneNoUta and Shmooki (that's what it looks like). Zepia Eltnam Oberon...I kept PMing him, but he never answers back, so I took it that he lost interest.

Yes. I agree with Azura. YMMV.
But Das Heiligtum is also very active. So you don't have to wait for years for responses if you want to do something for that day. Normally people will hop in and give you a response.
Especially if you're part of the Quad Squad on Skype. They always come up with random Shits and Giggles things that move extremely fast and appear very spur of the moment.
I'm one of the quad squad. It's normally the Hetalia Trio that moves it the quickest though.That's only when I'm kind of derped out / too busy to participate in QS movements.
