I've already pre-ordered it, so I guess that seals the deal for me mostly. I'm looking forward to this with some giddiness and those things. I'll also be needing to replay the game again now due to a reinstall making me lose my files. Oh well, Angel of Death score, I am coming for you.

The Chaos Rising release date has been announced - your corruption begins 11 March in the US and 12 March in Europe!

Beat the campaign through the first time.
Can't remember what my score ended up being.
Felt ripped off by the last mission.

The last mission is more of an open ending for the expansions.

In regards to your score, if it isn't Angel of Death you're nothing! pirate

Yeah, I honestly liked the last mission, although I wanted Gabriel to be much more stronger and godlike.

The Tyrant was too easy to kill I think, the Warboss was much harder.

Hmm.. This train again?

Apart from my dislike of their adding races slowly to the game. I hope the Imperial Guard is more indepth then what was seen in the first game.

Also, I am willing to bet that if you corrupt your forces mister Angelos will have no problem with exterminating you and your men.

The SPULK seems pretty interesting too. At first I thought it was a biiig chaos ship an we was going to fight in it. I was half right, we do get to fight in it. biggrin

Over-all. I do kinda look forward to it. Time for more jetpack overpowered ness!

Eh. To be honest, there was a part of me that actually wanted the final mission to be a true no-win scenario. After poisoning and crippling the spire, I wanted my squads to die in a blaze of glory destroying the vast might of the hive fleet.

Also, the Avatar was some hard s**t to kill. I kept baiting it into Timebombs and those combined with an Orbital Strike were the only things that helped keep it from taking me entirely too long.

My god.. I am never reading video comments ever again.

But it's finally nice to see Nurgle in the Dawn of War games in some shape or form..

I second that surprised
So, here's hoping that all four gods are represented in some manner. It has already been shown that Bloodletters and Bloodcrushers have an in. Horrors are a good way to bring in Tzeentch, and they have been in all of the other games thus far. Really, my hope is that you can dedicate the warband at some point in the campaign and you get better daemons/wargear based on that.

I was hoping for that when Gold Edition of DoW came out. ): I wanted to play as the dang Death Guard. Not their version of the Death Guard.
