  ❧ Koko giggled, smiling at Britt and her interesting scenario. She then averted her attention to Zach, a frown adorning her face. "Don't say that, Zach! You'd never know. Besides, if you suck everyone's blood out, they'd die, so I think that's pretty useful," She told her friend what she hoped to be an encouragement. Cherie smiled at the teens. "Well, like I said, some people can only specialize in one magic, while others can specialize in many. In this world, everyone has magic energy, so everyone has the ability to use magic," She said. "What is this magic energy you keep talking about?" Koko asked inquisitively. Cherie's magenta eyes darted over to Koko, a small smile playing on her lips. "How do I put this... Magic energy is well, energy. Every being born in this realm has magic energy inside of them, which enables them to practice magic. Think of it this way, there is a container inside of your body, filled with magic energy. This container has a maximum capacity and it grows as your body grows. Some may have more inside this container than others. Like in your case. Your containers were brimming with powerful magic energy that were at its maximum capacity, and the magic energy had trouble staying inside of your containers due to your small, infant bodies. But now that you have grown, your containers have grown as well, and so the magic energy can be safely kept inside the containers. Whenever one cast a spell, draw a magic circle, anything magic related, they are using the magic energy inside the container. And when the magic energy inside that container runs low, it will be more difficult to perform spells. Usually, sleeping and eating can restore magic energy," Cherie tried to explain the concept of magic energy to the best pf her ability. Koko nodded slowly, trying to understand everything she said to them. Cherie then darted her eyes over to Britt and smiled almost knowingly. "You could say I know a thing or two," Cherie replied with a smirk. "Actually, I used to work at the Magic Department," The blonde admitted with a soft sigh and a shrug. Koko's eyes bulged.   Zach took his hand off Koko's shoulder and put up both hands in wonder. [ b]"Whoa whoa whoa! You actually worked for the Magic Department? Did you guys actually do all this to normal citizens? And how did you even get out of the Magic Depo if they are such tyrants to all of you?" he asked in a serious and shocked form.

❧ Koko was just as surprised as her friends were. Wait... If she previously worked with the Magic Department... Then... She gasped as a possible reality hit her. What if Cherie was using them and tricking them?! She suddenly began to grow skeptical of the elf, who she was actually beginning to take a liking to. Cherie shook her head, hoping to put their doubts at ease. "No, no, it isn't like that at all," The blonde said, as if she had just read Koko's mind. "I worked at the Magic Department for about two years, five years ago. I wasn't as brainwashed as the others so I quit. It was actually harder leaving than it was getting in. The Magic Department treasures loyal employees and will do anything to keep their secrets a secret. I had to conjure up some lies and it took a lot of convincing for me to leave. Even so, they did not believe me so I had to run. Why do you think I live out in a cottage in the middle of the woods?" Cherie smiled, her eyes filled with mirth. "I had to change my appearance somehow, even if it was subtle. I'm not completely sure if the Magic Department is still looking for me, but when I go to the city, I have to be in disguise just to be on the safe side. I hope you all trust me when I say I mean you no harm. I sincerely want to help you all. I am in no means deceiving you," She said. Koko nodded at the elf. "Why did you work with Magic Department in the first place?" She asked the older woman. "They sought my powers so the Grand Chairman himself recruited me. I thought that that would be a great opportunity to strength my magic," She answered. "Wait... Are you some powerful mage or whatever word you used... Or something?" Koko questioned. At this, Cherie just smiled knowingly. Leaning back in her chair she crossed her arms over her chest. "Ya know, I just met you and all but you come off as a honest to good person. I mean would she be a priestess just so she could wait for the off chance that we'd all comeback? If she is tricking us then we can cross that bridge when we come to it, but as of right now." Brittany slammed her hand on the table, standing up from her chair and bringing her fist close to her body "I say we start our training." she said with big grin.

Zach listened to Cherie's explanation about what she did and how strict the Magic Department was on their workers. He crossed his arms in thought, thinking of everything that has happened and how they all happened. He turned to Britt when she talked and thought about it as well. "I think we should start as well. We might as well since we don't really have much of a choice. One thing, though," he said, putting a hand to show a one with his fingers. "Can I go rest a bit? I think I only got a few minutes of sleep before Britt woke me up."

She sat back down after cherie said they would being training in like 4 hours..That didn't make her happy in the least. "That's not fair..I just want to fix things as soon as possible Ya know?" she said to her friends. All the information was quite emotional but not draining in the least. All information actually fueled her hatred of the Magic department and she was only in the world for a day. She wanted to end the magic dept. no matter the cost.

Zach heard Cherie and nodded to her. He then turned to Britt when she apologized and waved his hands up a bit as a precaution. "Don't worry. This was important information we needed to know and I had to be hear in order to know it all," he said, patting her shoulder a bit. He saw Koko get up and go sit down at the couch and walked toward the stairs. "I'll go try to get some sleep before I get woken up again. See you both in four hours. If I don't wake up then, come wake me up again with omelettes." He went up the stairs and to the room he was occupying. He closed the door and slammed on the bed, knocking out before he even fell on the bed. He had the nightmare again where he was drinking something he was biting, then realizing it was his friends. He didn't understand why he kept having those dreams if he now understood that he was a vampire...

❧ Koko waved a hand at Zach as he announced his leaving. "See a Zach, have a good sleep!" She said to her friend as she heard him pad up the stairs. She heaved a sigh, wondering what in the world could Cherie be doing now. She sat up and looked at Britt. "Yeah, I know how you feel, Britt. But I think we all need some rest," She replied. She felt so many emotions in one day, she was surprised she didn't implode. She laid back down on the couch, wondering so man things. Like their ability to take down the Magic Department and if they could with just three people - teenagers at that. How did her life turn so upside down? The dark-haired girl shook her head softly, clearing her mind of these thoughts. She had to be optimistic and had to have faith. "I wonder what training Cherie's gonna make us do..." Treat me right and I'll treat you right. - - - - - - Brittany ☪ Walters- - - - - - Brittany was orignally 5'11" in the human world, always the tallest in her class but since she came here she's alot smaller now around 5'4". Brittany fluttered over to the couch and laid with Koko. Normally it would be uncomfortable with normal people sizes, but Brittany is now smaller so it isn't that bad. "Yeah, Yeah.. But its only 10 in the morning..how does she expect us to fall asleep again.." she mumbled. Then a realization came to her. "I think we should learn more about our races." she said sitting up and turning her head to Koko "Think about it..if we are the children of the prophecy then maybe we're suppose to use our "native" magic to take down the counsel? ya know I mean the prophecy had no Idea we'd be whisked away to a parallel universe.."

❧ Koko simply shrugged at Britt's question, not really knowing the answer. She wasn't sleepy, but a bit of a rest from everything didn't sound like a bad idea. The dark-haired girl listened intently to her friend as she spoke, voicing her idea - which was, in hindsight, brilliant. She nodded her head slowly in agreement. "Yeah... Your right..." She said as she sat up. "... I wish we knew more of our biological parents... Then maybe they would be able to help us..." She admitted softly. "I wonder what kind of magic they did?" "Maybe Cherie can help us narrow down what we are..like exactly." Brittany quickly stood up "Come on. Lets go ask." she said holding a hand out to Koko

❧ Koko nodded at Britt's reasoning. Seemed logical enough. She grabbed her friend's hand and walked to the blonde elf's study. The door was closed so Koko politely knocked on the door twice before standing back and patiently waiting. "Yes?" The distorted voice of the elf responded on the other side of the door. "Uh... Cherie, we have something to ask you... If you don't mind," The dark-haired girl replied. There was a silence and then some shuffling until the door before them was gently opened, revealing the blonde elf. Koko hid her slight surprise. The elf looked utterly exhausted. "well, uhh....you see, Koko and I were talking and we made a realization about something." trying not to look away she continued "If we are the three kids from the prophecy then maybe the prophecy ment for us to use our native magic or something because it didn't know we were gonna be whisked away to a parallel universe, so what we're asking is if you have a book that can tell us what kind of Fairy or Demon we are.." she said looking at Cherie. This is probably the brightest thing Brittany has ever figured out in her life probably and she hoped Cherie would see where she's coming from instead of shooting her down
