"Nope. That seems to cover just about everything. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't miss my time to show my loyalty, that's all." He spoke gingerly, feeling a small bead of sweat roll done the back of his neck. 'Great. We're shipping back soon to take on espada and I've yet to accomplish what all the others have in their first couple days.' He thought to himself. A mere fraction of a second passed before he spoke up once again. "Ma'am?" He called thinking through his second question carefully so he didn't let her now he still had a blank zanpukato, "Is there anywhere I would be able to practice. I'm afraid that my skills are less than perfect right now, and I don't want to get to battle being ill prepared." He once again threw the some-what fake smile upon his face.
A small pulling at his side shook him from his question. From within the sheeth of the zanpukato came a small light. A little whistle sounded as the light became gradually more and more intense until it would seem as though the sun itself was locked away at his side. Unsettled, Lerato pulled the blade from it's protective casing and all at once the blade that he had been cursing but a half hour or so earlier changed. The blade changed from the dull gray metal it had been before to a double edged, shiny, rainbow-shaded katana whose hilt was wrapped in white leather and tied off in an electric blue fabric. Slowly the hilt of the blade extended an extra four inches and the sheeth of the blade took on the white and blue design of the hilt. Lerato had to shield his eyes from the light with his opposite hand as his zanpukato took shape for the first time. Lerato's face was blank, glacier blue eyes locking on the magnificent katana that was his and his alone. A deep rumbling and an almost magnetic-like pull told him it was time to put it back in its rightful place. The encounter had left him speechless.

The grouginess raked Eguchi's figure, causing him to grunt and groaning as thstate of awakeness stumbled upon him. Somehow he'd fallen asleep, sitting up no less! His eyes stared at the fire, trying to find some hidden meaning behind it and failing miserably. A hand came up, stil holding the tea cup wih liquid still, somehow, inside. He laughed, tossed what was left into the fire, and stood up, drpping the cup to the floor as great hands stretched almost through the tent's top. 'This place was made for short people...' He grumbled a little at the inconvenience, but shook it from his tired self before looking around to see what was going on.
More people, new people at that. He sighed at the addition, but stopped caring after what sounded like a battle summary came into ear. He turned again and slowly made his way over to the newest new member of his squad, Jin, and his captain, leaning on the nearby pole as he leaned in to hear. "Now what's this about espada and shoving theings in dark places?" His voice was a little jovial, but jokingly at most, a slight smile painted on the man's face as he looked around at everyone.

Melohim arrived at the tent where squad 4 was supposed to be completely out of breath. He had lagged behind a bit so snag a cooler, and some bags that had been left back at the previous tent. He didn't know what was in the bags, but he figured food and water was important, so he had brought the cooler too. Carrying it all had not been easy, even by using his zanpakuto's shape shifting ability to make a cart, all that stuff had been heavy. Now that he had made it to the tent, he put the stuff in a corner, returned his sword to normal and flopped down into a chair. Still thinking about how to be helpfull without knowing any healing kido, he looked around for Envy to see if she needed anything from him.

While Envy continued to feel worried for Ryan and wait for his response, the ring Jubei gave her began to pulse with a dark aura as she began to hear dark voices within her mind, "They're all jealous of your strength. How can you teach an ability to someone not strong enough to survive the energy draining, that comes with the techniques? Kill the shinigami or better yet fade away. And we will see, how they do without the top healer." The suggestions went against almost everything that meant being a fourth squad member especially their captain. It was already pretty weird enough that she loved fights and wasn't "kill your enemy with hugs not violence" like one would normally expect a fourth squad captain would be, but this? This was pushing it. She glanced down at her pocket. No...these thoughts were not her own, they were from the contract. 'So to figure out what the ******** is going on I have to go find ******** Jubei. Great, just ******** great. And how the hell am I supposed to find him?' She knew they're connection was strong, but how strong was it? As she continued to think and wait for Ryan's reply, another voice was heard in her head.
"Awaken..." The young captain twitched, surprised. 'Alllright. Now things are just getting creepy.' She glanced nervously at Ryan. He couldn't know she was hearing voices and he definitely could not know about the ring and it's creepy little pulsings and if she stood around any longer he would probably catch on that something was going on. She needed to go somewhere else to think, to distract herself from this s**t. 'Yeah... Hirimi and Mikhail can handle things here just fine....now where to go and whats gonna be my excuse...' Suddenly she thought of answers to both. "Oh crap. Ryan, I just uh... I just remembered that I was supposed to go to, uh, Tansen's place. I'll talk to ya later." She gave him a quick kiss and then shunpo'd off. Tansen's place would be perfect. She could heal the injured there... ask Tansen if he needed her to do anything... mingle a bit... perhaps kick a**... and who knew, maybe Jubei was there too.

Quit losing yourself in thought, Ryan!
Ryan snapped out of his thoughts only to find that Envy was leaving for Tansen's. There was something strange about her, though - something was off about her behaviour. I need to talk with Tansen anyway, see what he's gathered over the past three years. I guess I can follow her, but Envy...
Immediately, Ryan's thoughts snapped back to Jubei and that damned contract. It seems like a poor assumption to go after him, but Jubei's contract with Envy is, well...strong, to say the least. He didn't give it on the fairest of terms, either, and if that b*****d is trying to use Envy for his own purposes...
Ryan turned to look in the general direction of Tansen's mansion. I need to do the rounds anyway and make sure we're ready for the main assault once Bull's advance force clears out 12th. No better time than the present. With a shunpo step, he was off, but his mind was right back on Envy and Jubei.
I should never have let that damned prisoner out of my sight...

Razil woke with a start, hand darting to the hidden long-bladed dagger he always carried with him. He stopped and scanned the area with cautious eyes, relaxing when there was no imminent danger. he was halfway out of the bed before noticing the soft blanket that had been laid over him in his sleep. Cocking his head in curiosity, Razil fingered the material and brought his face close t it, inhaling its scent. He definitely knew that smell.
Jin... he thought, smiling as he did. He folded up the blanket and placd it on the bunk, carefully and neatly. Then, straightening his garments, scarf, and gloves so they didn't look as if he had slept in them, smoothly strode up to Yuki's side. He arrived just in time to watch the new one's Zanpakuto changing. He graced the young man with a hearty smack on the back.
"That's the first step lad. you'll do fine."
He turned to Eguchi, smiling as his eyes continued upward for far too-long in search of the mans face.
"Eguchi-San, how fare you?"
The whole time his eyes searched for a flash of red hair or white robe...

(( Nice one Daven. XD ))  ~* Evil Wolf*~Evil stood up, stretching so that her back cracked. Her eyes scanned around the area, where it appeared that most of her squad members had scattered. She huffed. They should be more organized than this especially after the new seats had been assigned. *hint hint* ~*Captain of Squad 10*~

Kasen walked over to the Captain and stood by her for a while as he asked ,"Looks like we'll need to do something to spend the time we have now Captain, do you have anything in mind, or prefer to go with your animalistic instincts and do something that you would prefer." He said as he figured now that he was 3rd seat, he needed to take over where Sho had left them. "Besides, we need to know what our next plan is....." He said as he looked up at the ceiling and wondered what was next for squad 10.

Jin runs through the tent city looking for any Captain or Vice Captain she can find. The intell report she just received was very important and needed to get to someone with authority fast. She see's Captain Evil and a group of her men and runs over there yelling, "Help ... help .... intell ... Captain Evil .... intell ..." Jin was totally out of breath when she got up to the group. She was trying to give the report but couldn't because she was winded .....
After a few seconds she says, "The East Pillar Demolished ... it has fallen. Yamoto-San and Sho Yuuki from the Kyokugaisha clan were defending it and it fell by enemy hands. Both Yamoto and Sho made it out ok but, we lost the pillar."

Razil froze and turned to Jin, eyes wide with shock.
"The pillar has fallen...only three to go..."
He snapped his eyes on her face, examining it for scratches.
"Were you there? Are you hurt?"
Razil looked her over, worried so much it was ridiculous, but not actually touching her.

Jin grabs his hand and pulls him saying, "Come with me now!" She pulls him towards the squads tent and inside. Once inside she says, "No, I was not there but I ran into Sho Yuuki when he got back and he told me what happened. He said he got there just as the pillar was falling. Yamoto-San held on as long as he could but he was too late. Sho said he grabbed Yamoto and shunpoed out of there before the enemy could hit them both. Razil, this is getting bad for us. One pillar is down and we almost lost one in the fight with Captain Moto. I don't know what's waiting for us over at the Soul Society but if it's as bad as here on earth ..... well, I just don't want to see anything happen to you. Promiss me you will stay by my side when we attack. I need to be there so nothing happens to you."

Razil held her hand up and clasped it in both of his, looking into Jin's eyes as he did.
"Jin, nothing will happen to me. I just fought off an army one-thousand men strong for three days by myself. I can handle it."
"You, however." he placed both her hands into one of his, and placed his free hand on her shoulder.
"You stay near me, so I can keep you safe. If those Arrancar half-breed filth take you, I-I..."
The hand n her shoulder moved up to her cheek, and Razil caressed her face, gently, cupping the smooth skin in the palm of his hand.
"...I don't know what I would do."
He looked into her eyes again, never wanting to see those bright rubies die. Razil now realized just how much he cared about Jin, and the lengths he would go to ensure her safety

Jin smiled when he said that because she now knows how he feels about her. This is all new for her because she has never had feelings or a relationship with a man before. She looks at him and says, "No one will take me .... I just have a bad feeling about all of this. If we get the Soul Society back, it will be at a great loss and I don't want you to be one that falls." Jin pulls Razil close to her and gives him a big hug and a soft kiss on his neck. She then turns from him and walks out of the tent and looks for Captain Yuki to relay the intell report ....
