Jadzea Dax He came back to the school and remembered he had to change his clothes so he did in his car and then went back into the school trying to find Rory, he walked around and found him though the sounds of his muffled sneezing. "Mr. King i'm so sorry about it all.....I never meant to cause your allergies to go off like that." Rory had his face buried in his handkerchief and was leaning against the wall heavily. He had lost sight of Xaya, and simply decided to rest and get his bearings. "It isn't a big deal." He croaked, eyes watering. "Its just something I have to live with, and you could hardly have left your dog in the hot car or in your house." He shrugged. "I can't find that damned always-absent janitor, anyways, so I'm off to the supplies closet to get a vacuum." He smiled. "If you're really sorry, and don't have anything better to do, you can help me clean the auditorium if you'd like."

He turned into the closet and grabbed many cleaning supplies. "Sir i address you as a kindred intellect when i say, that a turning point has been reached within the affairs of the arts. The school system has reduced the budget and we can now only afford to put two plays on a year with a little left over for whatever else we need. We need funding and we must get more from outside the school system." He smiled and already had ideas.

Alice approached the aud doors. She jiggled the handle Of course it's locked! Alice just sat on the floor and waited for someone to open the door.

Rory gathered the bulky vacuum and a mop with its bucket and started hauling it back to the auditorium.
"Thank you for helping. I have to say, I am really disappointed in the school board deciding to cut OUR budget to help out the sports teams... it isn't like Drama isn't one of the more popular classes..." Or at least it was, he mentally added, before James came to teach Lit.
"Pray tell," He said aloud. "It sounds as if you have ideas- oh!" Burdened by the vacuum, he almost tripped over poor Alice.
"Did you need something, dear?"

Rory handed Alice a mop, and unlocked the double doors with a flourish.
"Thank you for your kind offer. We need all the help that we can get." He threw the door open grandly and dragged the vacuum in... which kind of ruined the effect.

He looked around and saw a few broken chiars and some large cobwebs which probablly hadnt been gotten for years now.
"Yes, because of this I am pettitioning to have the School Board cut athletics too, along with the arts if they need to cut budgets. " He grabbed the tool set and started to work on a chair.
"I think that we should hold small park recitals of some plays of Shakespearre or some other famous writter and charge about five dollars per head to let them in and too let them see us." He grunted under the seat his hand covered in oil and other greases used on the chairs.

Rory tied a large cloth over his nose, and another over his hair, and proceeded to look completely ridiculous while he stood on a chair straining to reach a cobweb hanging from the ceiling with his duster. He sighed. "I'm sorry, Sherlock, but we've petitioned the school board many, many times to get them to stop draining money out of the art programs.. but they don't seem to listen. This school is very big on sports you know..." He sneezed and almost lost his perch on the chair. "I like your idea." He said, absently. "Though if we were to do recital in the park, it really isn't as if we could really charge people... it would have to be more of a donations type thing. Y'know, a hat on the ground."

Rory stopped his cobweb removal in surprise.
"That is an excellent idea! But I can indeed find one thing wrong... we don't have enough people. Wait...! We can play multiple parts? Or ask James to help?"
He clapped his hands, getting into the idea.
"The storerooms behind and under the stage are absolutely filled to the brim with costumes, settings, and props, so it shouldn't be a problem on that end..."
