Sabine was walking through the forest, thinking about the depletion of their resources. I just don't understand it, she thought solemnly. As she was pondering all the possible explanations, she saw a blur of movement. Sniffing the air, she concluded that it was a deer, a full-grown buck to be exact. Her eyes grew redder as she realized that a very filling meal was at hand. Ah, prey at last. With all these food shortages, a chance like this is rare indeed, she thought ravenously. No need to change into my usual hunting form. This buck is most likely weakened due to the lack of food. Of course, I wouldn't have to change anyway. I'm much too powerful for this pitiful creature. She chuckled quietly, then raced after the buck. The buck dashed away as fast as it could, darting every which way in a desperate attempt to lose its pursuer. Unfortunately, it was no match for a thirsty vampire like Sabine. She leaped onto its back and sunk her teeth into its flesh. Before the buck new what was happening, it was dead on the forest floor, blood streaming from the back of its neck. Sabine licked up the puddle of spilled blood on the ground, then drained the rest of the buck's blood out of the open wound on the back of its neck. Satisfied, Sabine's bloodred eyes softened until they were a light shade of pink. "I think I'll be good for a few days now," she said decisively to herself. Suddenly, she heard rustling not too far ahead. She stood up and scanned her surroundings, sniffing the air as she did so. "Vance and Amy are here," she concluded quietly, but just audibly enough for the ears of nearby vampires to detect.

 Chico quieted her breathing and listened. Her body stiffened when she heard rustling "Another Vampire?"she thought and shifted into a mouse. She silently scurried across the forest floor to the noise.

mikey awakes at the sound of the bucks squeling then he smelled blood. human male "fresh meat" he yelled he soon then was in range of sight then he realized he had a shotgun the hunter shot out of terror mikey blocked it with his zweilhander he then rushed upon the hunter and killed him and drank his blood. he then filled a canteene with the humans blood
" im satisfied " he said

Chico squeked in terror when she saw Mikey kill the Hunter. She shifted back as a human and fell back"Thats absolutely disgusting!"she yelled at him.

xXSoul Reaper ZeroXx Chico quieted her breathing and listened. Her body stiffened when she heard rustling"Another Vampire?"she thought and shifted into a mouse. She silently scurried across the forest floor to the noise. Sabine stiffened when she picked up the scent of something quickly advancing towards her. It smelled of neither vampire nor wolf, but of a mouse mixed with something else, something Sabine had never seen or smelled before. Sensing a possible unpleasant encounter with this new... thing, Sabine changed into her battle form and leaped up into a nearby tree. She perched on the highest branch and stared down at where she had scented the new arrival. Thanks to her acute eyesight, she spotted a mouse scurrying towards where she had once stood on the forest floor. It looks as if it is just a wee rodent, Sabine thought, but I smell something foreign in it. Sabine was genuinely baffled.
