That's understandable, not a lot of people I know are. sad
Racing games are an under appreciated genre when compared to something like sports games or FPSs.

Nah... Not really interested in those either. I'm more for Rpgs and puzzle games like Zelda.

I like a wide variety of games, though not so much on FPS. I only like those when they refer to loved subject matter (Robotech), or have a truly phenomenal storyline (Bioshock)

I enjoyed reading a portion of your Shinigami's duel, Magni.

RPGs, Platformers, and Fighting games are my genres of choice. There are, of course, many games from other genres that I also enjoy.

Do you have BlazBlue, Yoder?
PostPosted: Sun Jul 25, 2010 1:31 pm

Nope, but it does look like a good stylish fighter.
There seem to be a good number of great fighting games on the 360 and PS3, but I don't have either system.
I have a Wii, Dreamcast, Saturn, and PC. This of course means that I have access to a vast and excellent library of fighting games which I thoroughly enjoy.

I suck at fighting games, but still enjoy Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on my PS3 . . . so it would be a no-brainer to say I look forward to MvC3 when it comes to pass. I am curious how Deadpool is handled.

As for the duel, it was fun. Soon it seems we will have another seating tourney, so things will be interesting when I don't hold back and have even more toys. I trained in character to combine kido with my zanpaktou for unique abilities . . . stuff nobody can predict or counter easily. Oh, how fun it will be when I unleash the hyapporankan with the ability of my ksurigama. twisted

I'm not that great at fighting games either; I can usually barely beat the arcade/story modes on normal difficulty.
The most fun I have with them is playing with friends.
I also really enjoy seeing how different fighting franchises include different mechanics, implement the input requirements for moves, and invent crazy and unique characters.

MvC3's art style is jaw-dropping.

^ and that was actually posted on the official Capcom blog!

Street Fighter X Tekken, although only just announced, should be excellent.

I think your character will be moving up a few seats, Magni. wink

Well, he is kinda stuck . . . in that guild, squad 12 is headed by Maximoru Bulfer. He was the first and most giving person my character has met, giving him a whole lab and anything asked for without a single request in return. Maxi helped him with tools and opportunities to reach shikai. Thus, Charles sees Maxi much as Ikkaku sees Zaraki. He won't move against his captain . . . ever. To boot, the lieutenant is his wife, and while she is in my way, I can't take her out without pissing off Maxi. I'm satisfied with 3rd seat for now.

The subject of being in another squad wasn't a bad one, but none would be a long-term bit for him. Of course, 5th might not be so bad . . . researching kido and such, but in the end, Charles is a mad scientist in training. That is where his heart lies.

Well, I am just loyal to those that are kind to me. Maxi was the first IC to do that, and he did it in spades.

The rest have been good at alienating me and earning ire- at least those also in Squad 12.
