I would fight whether there was a prize or not.

For me, the greatest prize of all is having a new things for my character to experience, more development, and potential allies or story plots.

Can someone be honest and just say they want the money?

Also: The money is great, but I have a million gold right now, and I can easily get a lot more if I want to throw like.. a couple of dollars every month at Gaia to get some EIs to sell. Or I could just ask people to buy me s**t. Gold is pretty much a non-issue. The only reason I'd want it is to buy art, or put towards something else, like an event or something.

I'll only continue to join tournaments so long as it make sense for my character to do so. If I changed from Deitric to another character, or if Deitric changed and no longer had a need/want for fighting in tournaments, I'd probably stop joining tournaments until something changed.

More like getting cheated out of a beat-down.

I have one piece commissioned right now.

The rest of it, besides the Blackfenris piece and Kraun's sprite was all given to me. Two by Callista, one by my girlfriend, one by Arian Thomas.

I'm also about to commission one artist, when they open some slots.
