"ALKJASGLKJ!! Rose! Goddammit, Rose!" Gray tried to grab him, but it was too late. Before he knew what was even happening, there was a loud report, then silence. Gray scrambled out of the wagon, nearly falling on his face multiple times just trying to get down the stairs.
"Rose! If you are dead, so help me I am going to reanimate your body so I can kill you myself! And if you're not, prepare to meet your bloody maker, because I'm still going to kill you!"
He braced himself and bolted around the corner of the wagon, and saw.....things.
((Okay, I know he couldn't really say ALKJASGLKJ but....that is the only "word" that could accurately describe the sound he made right then. Also, I don't know what he saw. LoL))

Gray froze. No. No, no. This was bad. He ran to Rose's side, panicking when he saw the injuries. "Rose? Rose!" His golems had taken some damage--the snow ones were piles of slush--but were still functioning. Thankfully.
"You, get in the wagon. I need medical supplies." The assailant, he noticed was still alive. But not for long. He snapped his fingers toward two other golems and pointed at the man. "Take the body out into the forest somewhere. A ravine, anywhere. Make sure it won't be found." There was a loud thump and a rather disturbing crunch behind him, and moments later, the golems were carrying what was left of the sniper, out into the forest.
The other one quickly returned with medical supplies for Rose. Gray knew he needed to get him into the infirmary but first, he needed to stop the blood flow. The boy could bleed out by the time it took to get him to the infirmary. "Rose, don't you dare die on me, you idiot," Gray said, shaking as he tried to staunch the flow of blood with his meager gauze and cloths.

Though his eyes were open, his form was not masked by his incubus abilities, making his injuries, new and old, visible. But, it shouldn't have been comforting at all, since it was only supposed to wear off when he was asleep, unconscious... or worse.
And he did not blink. Not even once.

then speak like a gentleman...Gray was trying to ignore Rose's creepy, wide eyed stare, keeping his focus on getting the bleeding stopped, so he could get Rose inside out of the snow. When it looked like he had stopped the bleeding..mostly...he looked down at the boy, noticing that the illusion, or whatever it was, that he normally had up, was gone again.
"Don't die," he commanded. "I am not even kidding." He hesitated, but leaned down give him a quick kiss. Part of him was hoping that Rose's obsession with him would kick in and give the boy a reason to fight to live. Part of him was just scared and not thinking straight. He motioned for two of the golems to carry rose inside the wagon. He was still too worried about moving him to the the school so he would send for the doctor and get her out to the wagon for the time being. Worst case, he'd hook Adiemus up and haul the wagon closer.
For the time being, the Golems relocated Rose to the bed and Gray scrawled a quick note to the doctor, handing it one of the golems and sending it off while he moved to Rose's side and kept fretting over the injuries.

It wasn't until he was dropped on the bed did he finally blink and look around. Ah, he was in the wagon. And it wasn't cold anymore. He was a bit sick of being in the snow by now and was glad he was in the warm wagon. At least until he finally remembered what happened. He immediately shot up, despite his critical wounds, and was about to hop off the bed and run outside when he saw Mr. Gray next to him.
"A-are you okay!? You didn't get shot, did you?" Yep. The first thing out of his mouth was not screams of pain or even a simple 'ow'. First and foremost, he wanted to make sure Mr. Gray was okay, even though he was the one stupid enough to run out and get shot.
It took him a looong moment to notice the pain in his chest and shoulder, and even then, he didn't seem too affected by it. "Oh my, that doesn't look good," He seemed like he was far from dying when he actually tried to stick his finger in the wound on his shoulder to try to fish the bullet out. ❤═━.¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸.━═❤

"Shut the hell up," Gray said, pushing Rose back down on the bed. He started stripping off Rose's wet outer clothes so he could cover him with the blankets. "You were the one who was shot, because you're an idiot. Stop poking the damn thing--I just got the bleeding to stop." He yanked Rose's hand away and covered the wound with gauze. I've had my golems go retrieve the doctor. She'll get the bullets out."
Now that Rose was awake and...not really looking like he was on the verge of dying, Gray was having a hard time not screaming at him for his recklessness.
"The attacker is dead, by the way."

He was exhausted and it was hard to stay awake, though he didn't really sound that tired. He watched all those movies. He knew what happened when they closed their eyes. Permanent sleep. He did not want to risk that. Though, he had to comply when Mr. Gray started stripping off his clothes, his incubus instincts burning the inside of his mind like a thousand suns since he was injured and he knew what would heal him. He managed to keep them quiet enough to think clearly though. Well, as clear as he could with so much blood missing from his body.
But, when Mr. Gray told him that the armed man was dead, he seemed to get even paler than he already was. "D-dead...? I k-killed him?"
There was a long moment of silence before Rose's outburst, "No! NO! I didn't want to kill him! I could have easily killed him if I wanted to, but I don't want to be like my father! Dammit! ********! s**t! I aimed for his LEGS! I only wanted to knock him down! H-he's dead!? It's all my fault!!" After cursing like a sailor for a minute, he clung to Mr. Gray, causing his wounds to bleed more from the sudden movement. He buried his face in his chest so he wouldn't see the tears in his eyes. ❤═━.¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸.━═❤

"I killed him," Gray said. "Stop. Moving." He forced Rose to lay down again so he could apply pressure to the wounds again. "Rose, I seriously do not think you have much more blood to lose. "I had my golems dispose of him. Blame me--in case you hadn't realized, I'm a bit of a heartless b*****d. Sometimes." He sighed and rubbed at his face.
"It wasn't your fault so stop worrying about it." He stroked Rose's hair gently. "I didn't mean to upset you. The thing is, you're a good person and I'm a man who doesn't have a lot of scruples. Particularly when it comes to protecting friends."

He stared up at him with a frown, not sure how he should feel about that. Mr. Gray killed that man...? He just couldn't imagine it, no matter how hard he tried, but it didn't seem like he was lying. He didn't give the slightest sign that he wasn't telling the truth.
He unconsciously flinched when Mr. Gray tried to stroke his hair, backing away from him with a fearful look on his face. He knew he wouldn't do anything to him, but still. He nearly died once before (in fact, he was technically dead for two whole minutes), and he knew how awful it was. It was cold and he couldn't see anything. Though that man tried to kill him, he couldn't help but feel bad for him. ❤═━.¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸..¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸.━═❤
