Why? For one... I made it.... O.O No that's a terrible reason. Mainly because My friend and I are planning on basing our chars as separated brothers after we were nearly killed by our father, and we went different ways in hopes of getting stronger. We both were thinking about trying mine out for not only play value and story, but for a test run. On a more personal scale... purity goes pretty well with holy (Sei Naru Clan.) and I am the greatest fan of Lucario who ever existed... YEAH!!!

I noticed the quarrel about the time skip, so if that does happen and this gets approved, I'll start this bloodline after then.

Well I just like the idea of having wings plus the abilitys of this bloodline is epic so if you let me have this bloodline I promise I will roleplay to the point to were I am a great shinobi and defeat all my enemys for the honor of this bloodline that I swear and to be strong and to fight and never back down never to serender to death on the battlefeild will be the only glory I will reseve in horder to make this bloodline stronger than ever and with luck I can be able to master all these powers in order to protect my honor.
