Del Tha Zar does not need to be rated, simply because his is perfect in every way and it is obvious you would give it a flawless score.

Color wise 8/10. It feels like it wants to match its blues/silvers, but isn't... quite.
Theme wise 7/10. I'm not sure if you had a theme in mind, but you're coming across as 'military man who wishes he could be a hippy' XDD
I dunno. Overall.... 8/10, I think.

OMG, I personally love the contrast, 10/10, I think.
Okay, so I made this avatar ages ago for another guildie, but I really do love it.
Could I get a rating or suggestion for improvement. Someone said it made them lawl... whiiiich really wasn't what I was going for ><;;;

Problem is is that the rest of the avi is sorta boring. Not much of anything is going on. If you add in a bit of variety/uniformity (depending which way you want to go) to the colors through accessories or similar items, then it would work better. Single color avis generally are meh unless they're interesting in ways like that. Getting stuck in-between is where most people end up, but if you can go to the extremities of either, it can look really awesome.
iCame: Spread the colors out a bit more. There are a few clumps of black, the red, and the white. They feel sorta seperate to me, and the size of each (especially with the face in this case), makes it feel really top heavy. I can't help you with item suggestions seeing as I havn't been following item updates for a long time now.
TI: As a themed avi, it works. On its own, it's not bad, though the brighter side of the cloak bothers me a bit.

I really like it.
It makes me think of something you'd see in The Demonata series. c:
If you didn't have the cape and the cute fiery thing it would get 10/10 for colour co-ordination.
But it also looks good with them, so either way it's a well-done avi.
