Harkmoon's ears flicked up as she heard the howls on the night air. the snow was almost all gone now and spring smells rested in the wind. her eyes narrowed and she gave a small growl. but then soon, it turned to a grin. now this would be interesting, seeing as though she knew a wolf, but only one. she was of pure black and her eyes glowed a sheen of red. her name was Keema. Harkmoon settled down as she curled her tail over her front paws. maybe this was her pack, maybe the wolf that was howling was her. she then walked to her den, her ears flat to her skull and her tial fluffed up along with the fur on her spine.

Echostar closed her eyes and stared at the silver sliver of moon. She walked into the clearing. She was worried and couldn't sleep.

Sun and Moon continued their agument, even more heated from the wolf howls. They didn't even notice it when the leader stepped out from her den.

Stormycloud was restless that night. Her dreams took her to an empty clearing in the middle of the forest. The sky was dark and clouded. In the distance wolves howled, their songs of sorrow piercing the air. Stormycloud woke with a fright. Even though she had woken the wolves howling was still take place. This was now the second time she had herd the wolves. Is this the danger Starclan warned her of?

Nightkit's ears picked up a sound. She didn't know what it was, but it sounded dangerous. She snuggled closer to her adopted mother, somehow managing to fall asleep.

Sun and Moon flatened their ears to their heads and continued the argument, but now in soft, urgent, tones.

The sound wasn't stopping. Nightkit slowly edged her way out of the den, but her mother meowed at her to stop and come back. she slowly came back, still curious as to what the sound was.

Harkmoon gave a soft growl as she looked skywards. There was abit of unease around the camp. The wolves were right outside of the clan boundries, Still nothing she worried about. She gave a quick yawn and watched as the sun started to peek threw the trees. She had stayed up the night in a silent vigel due to her newly appointed rank as deputy. It filled her with pride but she couldn't be sure if Echostar truly ment it or it was just her way to silence her over what she had seen. Either way... This she-cat was content. She gave a small mrouw of tirdness and padded to her den for some well earned sleep.
