Yeah, the film doesn't seem to be getting that far though! sad A lot of people have been disappointed in the choice for Schmendrick...he shouldn't be a pretty-boy though! crying Speaking of TLU, I got the DVD today! biggrin The picture is SO much better than the horrible old VHS I have! xd
Watched some of Red Dwarf V last night - Terrorform and The Inquisitor - I swear, The Inquisitor still confuses me! xd

I really need to refresh my memory of The Last Unicron-- the animated one, anyway. Actually, maybe the book, too. It's been a while since I read it. I must've been really young when I saw the animated version, because I don't remember it. eek
I've never seen the Inquisitor, so... can't help un-confuse you. xd
Poor, poor Schmendrick. We know what you're really like, Schmendrick! don't be disheartened when you find you have millions of shallow little fangirls who think you're a pretty-boy! crying heart

Yeah, that would suck. crying He's not meant to be that kind of character! I can't wait for the live-action film of TLU 3nodding Should be awesome, especially as Peter S. Beagle is writing the screenplay again! biggrin From the storyboards it looks very similar to the animated version.
Yeah, The Inquisitor is pretty confusing the first time you see it xd I had no idea what was going on! (and still don't, to some extent!) hehe!

Sometimes it's hard to know what's going on with Red Dwarf anyway. xd But that's why we love it. heart
Ah, well. Perhaps he's a good enough actor to make up for his prettiness... but somehow I doubt it. gonk

Huzzah for getting rid of viruses! Welcome back, Jewel! I must say, the guild nearly died again while you were gone. eek A total of two posts every day.
I watched Timeslides yesterday. xd Messing with causality fun! But poor Rimmer... alive for about half a minute and then he gets blown up again. xd

Yeah...which makes what he says beforehand even more tragic! "It all blows up in my face..." Too true! >_<
Sorry for not being around so much lately - uni's been weighing down on me sad But we have to keep the Rimmer thread active! biggrin I had a dream last night that I was at a warehouse where they sold Mr Flibble puppets xd It was bizarre!

Strange, I had a cream last night where random people came and spammed up my pristine Rimmer thread. eek
Dreaming about Gaia. xd Eek.
Good luck with your schoolwork... and don't get too stressed out! We need you here after it's all done to help worship Rimmer. 4laugh Hehe.

Dreaming about Gaia...hehehe...it even infiltrates the subconscious! eek
I've found out when my last exam is - it's the 7th June, and then I'm off for the summer biggrin Can't wait to get everything over and done with!
I wonder where Jewel is? We need all the Rimmer fans to come together! 3nodding

I imagine she's probably also busy with school... I'm homeschooled, so I can pretty much regulate how much work I do. xd I don't have to do finals or anything.
Erm... hm. Well, I'll just daydream about Rimsie then.
*goes into a trance*
Rimmer, Rimmer... how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

Yeah, school sucks >_< I remember when I was there and I hardly had any time to go online! sad I hope she comes back soon though!
Hmmmmm...what topic that's Rimmer-related can we talk about? smile Something I've noticed is that the way he says "git" with such venom cracks me up! XD Especially in Me2!

xd I never noticed that. I've got series five and six in the queue... probably won't get here for a while, but I can't wait! whee Also found the other discs for series three and four, so I put those in as well. Smeg-ups, here I come!
Oh, I wanted to ask you, Skipper... you know in your Rimmer icon where you've got the silent movie-type part? Well, how did you get that old quality, like the lines going through it? I'm making a signature for someone and, while I don't really have to use that effect, I thought it might be cool. Thanks!
Geeze, I forgot to make banners for the guild before the deadline was up...

Awesome! biggrin I hope you like the smeg-ups xd The series II ones are especially good, since loads of them are Rimmer's lines! 3nodding
As for the effect on that icon, I used Jasc Animation Shop (there's an image effect you can apply by using one of the tools) - you have to select "Effects", "Insert Image Effect" and then "Scratches" from the list. ^_^

Yeah, I've seen the series two smeg-ups, luckily, but I don't have the DVDs... Ana does. gonk Although, maybe I'll get them when she and Templar move to New Zealand! eek SCORE!
