Janis smiled and fell asleep.

Dawn came too soon. Janis found herself awake and still curled up close to Cornelius. He was sleeping soundly. She raised her head to look around, but didn't get up so she wouldn't disturb him. So she lay there, watching the sunlight slowly start to light up the world outside.
She liked this place, oddly enough. It still needed work but she could imgaine herself living here. Using her cabin only when necessary. Still there was still Diana to worry about. They needed to take care of that today. She didn't want to have that hanging over there head any longer.

Janis nodded. "Then let's get it over with. I'll need to check on Samson, since he's going to be the one doing the illusion, right?"
Janis stood stretched. "Another busy day." she chuckled and licked his cheek. "And good morning."

If she looked human she would have been beet red. She shook her head. "You talk about it so easily. And with no romanticism at all." she remarked, sighing dramaticly. "Who knew I would find me such a blunt husband."
She was teasing him of course. She waited to see his reaction.

janis laughed. "I see. Well, let's go. We down want to keep the sun waiting." she said, exiting there cave.

Janis shook her head. "Don't worry about it." She looked around at the open air. "Come, we'd better get moving.

They flew back up to the top of the cliff, and changing so they could meet with Samson. janis left for a moment to get them all a quite but large breakfast. When she finally did see Samson she was surprised to see him up and about at such an early hour.
"Don't look scornfully at me." he started with a teasing smile at the look on her face. "I've been in bed long enough and my wound are already almost healed. There is work to be done."
Janis sighed. "Just please don't over do it." she cautioned. "We wouldn't want you to get a fever again."
Samson patted her on the shoulder. "It will be fine." With that he turned to Cornelius. "I have come up with the illusion spell that should work. It will not be hard to execute."

Samson placed his hands on his lap. "I will need to be in dragon form a distance away. The spell it relatively simple. The only difficulty will be making only one person see it. However, I think I've got the idea.
You two don't have to worry about being threatening. Be civil and polite. That's what everyone will hear. You can even show concern when she starts freaking out." he chuckled. "You two may see the illusion slightly, but keep in mind, noone else can."
Samson was silent for a moment then turned his steady stare on Cornelius. "About the girls though. We'll think of something. Turning a lot of girls into dragons may not be the best thing. There are plenty of rooms here. Maybe Janis can take them in and give them the choice later. It's true that there are few of us, but we still need to be careful."

Samson nodded, gland he's come tp the conclusion. "I don't know if we could feed that many either." he flinched at the thought. "There's a season we live few and far between"
