Scott sat in his chair and called out to the bridge "Can somebody go get Diablo for me? I need to talk to him" he said.

Once El Diablo Loco and Jak parted ways, he smiled and bit his lip. But his small moment was interupted when someone called down to him, saying the captain needed him. Diablo smiled, he nodded, then trotted up above to find Scott.

"Ah good, Diablo, you're here, we need to talk" he said.
"Now, we are heading to valua, and not just anywhere in valua, but the grand palace, you do remember what happened at the grand palace last time we where there, don't you?" he asked.

El Diablo Loco sighed, then he said, "Ah, crap. . . WHY, Scott, WHY are we going back there again?" he plopped down in front of him with this puzzled, yet aggrivated, look on his face. Diablo said, "Did we not learn our lesson the last time?" and then he began laughing.

"We need to sneak into the castle's underground archives and steal a certain map, if the king does not let us down anyway, maybe he has forgoten all about you trying to lay queen moegi" said Scott. He looked up "Where is that namid girl, I need to talk to her too" he said.

Namid gazed blankly out into the sky from her seat on the deck. She kept humming to herself, not paying much attention to anything around her.
The sky is so big...

El Diablo Loco smiled triumphantly, "She was worth it, because she looked adorable that day!" he said, then bit into an Apple that he pulled out of his pocket.
At the mention of Namid, he shrugged, "No idea, Boss. I just know she's off somewhere. Probably admiring fish, or something."

Namid smiled as she looked out into the sky, not noticing that she started to sing out loud. Something in her just felt like letting the song out into the sky for all to hear.((Song: Skyblue Gradation ... I'm working on getting the translation in my journal...))

Scott walked out to the deck and found Namid singging. "Namid! it seems that Jak has a new aprentice, a boy about yay high" he said holding his hand at his waist.

"Hey, Jak... The engine seems to be working alright. The pistons that are sending the moonstone energy through the ship, seemed a little clogged, so I wiped that down. And the windows of opportunity were fogged up by something, I didn't exactly see it, but I think I saw a note that was hanging on your office door. It looked like the author of it was written by the name of.....E.D.L. Do yo know who E.D.L. is?" Juslo said to Jak as he planted his metal rod on the floor. He had found the rod lying around the spare parts room on his way down to the engine room.

Jak looked up from the metal panel she was trying to warp back into shape. "E.D.L.?" She knew exactly who E.D.L. was and she was not in the mood to read it. She would inspect it later when she would have time to hunt him down and yell at him if she needed too. "Can't say the name rings any bells," she said dissmissively. She stood up and putting all her weight on one hip she looked him up and down. "I was more distracted then I thought if I didn't hear you come in. I thank you for your help and I see you already know my name but I'm afriad I don't know yours."

Namid stopped singing and looked back blushing when she heard her name. Seeing Scott looking her way, her blush faded and she started to get worried. "You mean he's on the ship? He just followed me wanting to talk to you. I didn't know he would actually get on board..."
She turned around looking down at the deck. Crud... This is not going to be good.
She gripped her pouch on moonstones, unseen inside, the black one started to glow a little.

El Diablo Loco, assuming that his small meeting with Scott was done, began walking off to the railing. He called back to Scott, "Hey, I'm going to walk around!- I got nothin' else to do, Boss!"

Scott looked back at Diablo "yes yes, say hello to Jak for me" he said looking back at Namid. "Look kid, I just want to let you know I appreciate getting me some new crew, I just want to let you know that you better stay alive, and to formally welcome you to the crew of the dark orchid" he said.

"Yes, sir. And thank you." Namid looked up, trying to fight back a tear. A small purple gleam in her eyes that quickly vanished. That was close... She smiled and stood straight. "What do you want me to do?"
