Connor raised an eyebrow over that, warrior, he'd take. But violent? That seemed way out of character, how wrong he truly was. "You're kidding right? Your mother, hot headed, violent." He then looked Nina up and down. "Then again, I can see where hot headed shows up."

(Timeskip incoming? Unless you got something, I'm not sure where else to go with this.)

(Then I again, I think I have an idea. We really haven't focused on Nina and Eric being parents, have we?)

Meanwhile in another room, Eric had been hearing things. Or at least he thought he was hearing things as to the to had been in sync. He was lightly nudging his wife. She had warned him before to get some sleep, but he wasn't convinced of his daughter. After all, after his experience with Nina in a closet, he had every reason to be a bit worried about the child she produced.

"Nina, Nina wake up."

"I hear Nina giggling, she hasn't done that in years. Isn't that the room she put Connor in? And I thought I heard a bed knocking against a wall..."

Eric continued to rant on about Nina and Connor to his wife. Though he felt comforted by her hug. "What do you think about that boy, Mina? I don't think he's right for her, there's something off about him."

Eric felt as if Mina wasn't really getting the point of what he was trying to say. Was it really just his mind playing tricks on him? But they were in that room together, question was what were they doing. Well, Mina trusted their daughter, and even so, could he really control her life anymore? Nina was an adult now, not the little girl he raised with his wife. He held Mina close to him, cuddling her like they used to do, and kissing her cheek lightly.

"Yeah, I guess you're right, Mina. I'm sorry for waking you, go back to sleep while we still can." He said in a soft tone for his loving wife.

The next day, Elric woke up earlier than expected. He rose from his bed and headed into the bathroom to freshen up. Opening the bathroom door, he saw Connor brushing his teeth with a toothbrush provided for him by Mina. The crystal boy was wondering about the intentions of that woman...

Their eyes met for a brief second. The sounds of fighting and tussling rung through the entire household as Elric went directly for Connor. The fight went on from the bathroom to the hallways, even the staircase.

"What are you talking about?" Asked Elric, greatly confused. "And let me go!"

Connor had his chest pressed down by Mina's foot as she pinned to a wall. It was now he understood some of what Nina meant during their little conversation. He could barely get the air in to explain to her that he did nothing to provoke this.

Eric yawned, walking towards the situation. He stood next to Nina and Fara. "Mina? Do I even want to know what's going on?"

(It's fine)

Connor wheezed, finally able to breathe of his own will again! "Ask him, he saw me and then attacked me..." Answered the crystal boy to Mina.

Elric was still rather confused himself by everyone's reactions towards Connor. "Did no one listen last night? That's the guy, that's Connor. He's bad news Aunt Mina, they guy tried many times to eat your daughter's face, or whatever it is he does. I'm not giving him the chance to try. What the heck is he even doing here in the first place?"

"I meant about his way of him absorbing energy from you, not synchronizing." Elric reiterated to her father and mother. All of this just got Eric even more confused, he turned to Mina.

"Synchronizing, is that what kids are calling it now?"

"Just, let the record show that Nina and I aren't at each other's throats anymore. We're working together now." Explained Connor to everyone, to show that he wasn't tricking anyone, he pulled up the long sleeve that hid his arm and revealed it to them. "My arm used to be monstrous, your daughter helped me. I'm showing her my gratitude by lending her my strength on the journey she has. Two crystal children are better than one, right?"

Blushing as well, Connor wanted to change the subject as well. "Oh right, it um, hmm..." Connor close his eyes and focused on his arm. In an instant, it bulked up, then it began to produced shards pointing out in all directions like before. "Can't believe that work, but this was what it looked like." He said while panting, to think this look was now taking a toll on his body. Getting the point across, he returned his arm back to normal.
