Crystal Nina shrugged. "Yeah, I think it's almost morning anyway." She said, petting Connor some before floating away. "Take care you two, we'll have to do this again." she winked before fading away. As Nina started to wake she'd groan, her mouth felt exceedingly dry. She blushed as she saw Connor in front of her, quickly looking down. Both of them were still dressed and weren't intertwined into each other. She smiled some and got up. Crystal Nina under shot it, looking outside she could see that it would still be a good couple of hours before sunrise.

"Not looking forward to it succubus." Muttered Connor before he too started to wake. He stared at Nina as they were in each others arms. He sat up once she did and stared at his arm. "The pain's gone." His arm was normal, save for his arm still appearing like crystal. Much like as it looked as they sync'd.

Nina looked to his arm. "Looks kinda like it did in our heads." She said, curiosity taking over as she reached over and gently poked it. It felt a bit hard but still had a bit of squish too it, it felt kinda kinda like rubber. "well, it's warm." She commented, not really sure what else to say.

Connor did everything in his power to stifle a giggle fit. His arm was sensitive. "Yeah, it is, do you mind if I try something? I won't hurt you." Connor reached for Nina's face. He slowly siphoned off of Nina's regenerating crystal energy. Nothing, absolutely nothing. No matter how hard he tried. Eventually he gave up and removed his hand from her face. "Thank you, both of you."

Nina felt slightly light headed for a moment as he syphoned off energy. When he pulled his hand away she nodded. "So, uh, what did you do?" She asked, she knew he had taken some of her energy but she wasn't sure why he did it.

Connor shrugged his shoulders. "Nothing actually, I just had to see if this was too good to be true. I've never felt like this this before, except for those times. I almost thought we were still there." He said softly, the inherent anger and frustration in his voice was gone as well. "I, guess this changes a lot between us. I have no reason to kill you anymore." He said as he looked down at her legs beside him.

"Right..." Nina said, sitting there for a minute. "do you still want to come with us?" She asked. "We could use all the help we can get." She moved some, sitting on the edge of the bed now.

Connor thought about that for a moment. Well, he didn't have much of an excuse not to assist Nina. Save for harassment from her crystal half. "I'll go with your party. Perhaps after I find those people that took her from me and make them pay, I could find a real reason to go on with living. One that isn't for survival or vengeance. But the succubus needs to calm herself. If she can continue to control herself, or you control her, we're going to be okay." He stretched forth his crystal arm and materialized her katana. "Here, I believe you're the owner of this blade."

Nina giggled some. "I can feel her pouting." She commented, looking to the blade as Connor materialized it. She took it for a moment and smiled, giving it back to him. "You can keep it for now, we'll want to have as many powerful weapons in use as we can if we're going to take these guys down." She said

"Alright, I see your point." That said, Connor returned the weapon back into his arm. He should figure out how that power even worked, let alone why he was able to use it. For a change, he smiled back at Nina. It was very much unlike him to do that. "Well, it still night out, you uh, want to get some sleep for what we're to face tomorrow? What are your plans anyway?" EDIT - Weird, I wrote more and Gaia ate my post...

Nina nodded. "Right." She said, getting out of bed and stretching some. "well, as for plans I was thinking of spending a little more time with my parents before we go out to put the ring at its alter. Maybe stop by and say bye before we go to the last one."

"Your parents, I take it your mother is the one I should thank for me still being here. She's, nice." He says to Nina, unsure of what to say on that. "I can't believe how young she looks. And your father, I think he's only playing nice because of her right now."

"Yeah, she had me when she was pretty young. And my dad can be a bit over protective but he means well. I'm sure once he gets to know you he'll calm down." Nina chuckled some. "Though I'm sure if he caught us as we are now he'd flip his lid."

"Well you told him already that we sync sometimes, so I agree. Though I'd be more worried if he learned about the other Nina's antics with me." He chuckled in a nervous tone. It went without saying that Crystal Nina tended to place them in pretty compromising positions. "Something tells me your mother wasn't all sweet. Where did you get your combat skills?"

"Yeah you got that right, my mom taught me. Before she had me she was, quite a violent warrior apparently. She's still a great warrior of course, just not as hot headed. At least that's what my dad says." Nina explained.
